So for my own curiosity, and for the sake of other people in this little Numbers Club, I thought it'd be a good thing for those of us in public service positions to make ourselves known so we know who we can trust on the job, and who others can trust if they need help. Strictly voluntary - if you don't want to point yourself out, that's fine too. I don't know about any of you folks, but I rather like knowing who all is on my side.

And I suppose if any civilians have questions for any of us, have at asking.

[OOC: Posting format is akin to a CR meme - characters introduce themselves and tell their position and any other information they want to share.]

[After a couple of weeks of trying to deal with the repercussions of babby's first tier 2 Echo on his own, here we have a call for help.]

We have shrinks, right? Therapists? I could stand to talk to someone.

[a pause.]

Dr. Solus, or anyone else with the clinic - questions. Send me a private response, I don't wanna voice this in the open.

[yeah so he doesn't want people knowing specific shit that's going wrong with him. or even that there's necessarily something wrong. what of it.]

Before I forget, welcome aboard to our new arrivals. Enjoy the conspiracy fun, children.

Hello, everyone! I've got a bit of, er, well, a situation, and I'd like a little advice.

Does anyone know of a place that might be able to do bathroom renovations for cheap? My tub's a bit on the small side for a guy of my size, and, well, if I'm going to be sleeping in there from now on, then I need something a bit more comfortable!

You'd think for some kind of secret society your selection process would be a bit more thorough. What happens if someone from the other side of that conspiracy you're worried about ended up seeing this? The more I look the more it sounds like something out of a comic book.

Not to be skeptical or anything, but I think I've read this one somewhere before. Or maybe it's all just a really good Halloween joke. Kind of like some kind of ARG horror scenario, you know?

[It was kind of more of an idle musing than anything, but he feels sort of rude leaving it off at just that. Still, is it really a good idea to give out his name? But it's not as if it's the first time Tim's had to dodge around identification issues..]

...Not sure if I can be much help myself with all my hours, but let me know if anyone needs any extra hands. I don't think anyone getting in trouble is good for a secret society or a conspiracy.

Okay, so I had my first echo.

Well, no, that's not true. It's my second echo, but it's towers he first one that I actually knew what was going on, and the first which I was conscious for. Thomas and I were heading down to the towers, but we didn't get too close before my mouth exploded on me.

Check it out!

[ Haruka Minamoto did not get scared. Fear was for children, not competent adults (...even if too few people saw her for what she really was. Hopefully the number 16 would bring her more respect and acknowledgement than the number 15 had, although two weeks in, she couldn't say much had changed.)

Experiencing feelings of... caution, however - that was perfectly acceptable. Well-advised, even. All successful people of business dealt with them. Someone who did not feel the need to properly evaluate danger, or saw the point in seeking to manage and mitigate potential risks, would quickly find themselves at the helm of a failed endeavor.

Another thing - successful businesspeople also knew when to seek advice. As arrogant proud as she was of her abilities, Haruka knew when it was time to outsource. Google had only been able to take her so far, and it was time to gather more firsthand, specific information has to how she might better control her newly-echoed back Blaziken.

It had kind of attacked that girl, after all. Again, not that she was afraid or anything, seriously, what kind of coward would be afraid of a 6ft tall fire-breathing chicken, jeez. ]

I need to bond with someone. Quickly. If you have any experience with this, especially if you've done so in a short period of time, I would appreciate being regaled with how you achieved it.

It is pertinent to our cause.

[Walter's been trying to shake off the weird number sequence in his head since he had a weird mental trip a couple of weeks ago, but it's getting to the point that the numbers are impossible to not think about. And becoming more likely that it's not something that he heard on the radio in a song.

That, and his voracious hunger that started happening about the same time are too strange to be coincidental.

Finally, curiosity gets the better of him, and after keying the numbers into Google, he is met with...well, a dearth of information. Other people having weird stuff happen to them. Things about the water pollution that set off that weird dream and the numbers.

It's a bunch of stuff that defies logic, science, and common sense - but enough of it adds up that it can't really be ignored. May as well chime in. Walter switches on the video, and leans back in his chair, tenting his fingers while attempting to look pondersome. In reality, he looks like he's trying to be a supervillain but he's too dorky to pull it off.]

Okay, so. It's not every day that a series of numbers gets stuck in your head, and they turn out to lead you to some strange corner of the internet that tells me that my coworkers literally stink and are in on some kind of conspiracy. It's certainly news to me, that's for sure...
