Two Stars [Video]
[Guess who isn't amused? That's right, her. The reason for her rather annoyed look is because she is now sporting a set of pointed ears that are slightly bigger than her former human ears. Even if she got creative with her hair, its almost certain the tips would peak out.]
Okay not amused. Gabriel this is all your fault! First you rock up with pointy ears and now look! Ears like yours!
[She turns her head so that her ears are more prominently displayed.]
What am I going to do?
[The last question is more rhetorical and is muttered to herself. She might be starting to freak out. Then suddenly looking up she furrows her brows slightly.]
I guess the better question is how do you tell you're family you're different?

[Hey, he's trying]
I think they look good on you, for what it's worth.

[Trust her, she has heard it a few times already. What with running away when she was younger and all that.]

Ring of power as a wedding ring... horrible thought.
eheheheh /insert wolf-head laugh
I Melkor, take thee Sauron...
OH MY GOD
If anyone here had any objections, speak now or forever hold your peace... ALL THE OBJECTIONS.
I OBJECT
Just think how much more peaceful the world would have been without that wedding...
Middle Earth would have been a lot different

There are ways to hide them but yes, they are a bit inconvenient to say the least.

[He makes an amused face.]
My go-to excuse for people who ask is I got some work done. Just tell them you're a bodymod freak or a nerd or something. You're lucky, some people get it worse.

Oh, I'm sorry that's probably a pretty personal question.
As for my parents, I live with them here in Locke, so even if I moved out now chances are they'd still find out sooner rather than later their daughter is a pointy eared robin hood.

[ is this true? is this a completely made up fact that neither the mun nor the character feel like researching? the world may never know. ]
Re: video;
Far as I can tell it's just cosmetic. But if I got hearing to go with them, it might be cool.

Re: video;

I would suggest investing in a collection of hats and headbands. Keeping this to yourself for as long as possible may be the best approach.
Re: video;
[This has to be the shut in Eliot was talking about. Unless there is someone else hiding out there unawares.
Liam.]Normally I'd agree with you, but, it'd be too hard to do that around the home. The family would know something is up.
[video]
[Probably not helping, Alex.]
The second pulse I got was this repeating-ing thing, so it was, like, pretty obvious, vee-uss, pretty fast that something was up. I didn't do anything special to tell my mom and dad. I just told them.
I had to shay, shapeshift before they really believed me, though.
Re: [video]
You're lucky your parents took it well. So what's it like to be a shapeshifter? Change into anything cool?

Re: [video]

That is so cool! Is it just a cosmetic change or did your hearing change, too?
[She gets enough of a grip on herself to answer her question, at least.]
Depends, I guess. I mean, my family's weird and different to begin with, so me being different totally wouldn't be a surprise to them. How does your family typically react to someone different?
Re: [video]
I'm glad you think so. As far as I can tell it's just cosmetic. I haven't had a chance to put it to the test yet.

Re: [video]

I don't suppose investing in a whole lot of hats is gonna help, huh?
Re: video;
Sorry if the ears bother you, it wasn't my intention... [She looks down and then back up, feeling even more awkward now.]
Hats have been mentioned, and elastic headbands too. I foresee a lot of hats in the future.[She suddenly makes a face, as she thinks about the hats she will have to wear... one with brims or beanies that she can tug down over her ears.] I hate hates.
