[Guess who isn't amused? That's right, her. The reason for her rather annoyed look is because she is now sporting a set of pointed ears that are slightly bigger than her former human ears. Even if she got creative with her hair, its almost certain the tips would peak out.]

Okay not amused. Gabriel this is all your fault! First you rock up with pointy ears and now look! Ears like yours!

[She turns her head so that her ears are more prominently displayed.]

[The last question is more rhetorical and is muttered to herself. She might be starting to freak out. Then suddenly looking up she furrows her brows slightly.]

I guess the better question is how do you tell you're family you're different?

I know a guy that might be able to help and it's not like Thorir and Mardís would let you go homeless if your parents did that. I'd get shifted to Fil's room with him and you'd probably take this one.

You'll have to give him time to adjust. I'm sure it'll be awkward. In the end I think it'll be okay, though. I don't think you're turning into anything they won't want to call their daughter.

It might help if you have someone with you when you break the news. As like moral support. Aren't you related to the Thorssons?

No I doubt they would, or that I couldn't get help from my aunt and uncle. I'm just... panicking a little. Or well a lot. Mad archery skills I could handle. Pointy ears? Not so much.

I have no idea, you'd have to talk to Owen about that. He's the geek! All I know is that there were mountains and weapons and a lot of drinking. I can't get drunk now.

Well that sucks. I hope nothing like that happens to me. At least nothing major, I don't want to start turning colors or anything.
