Usually, I cannot sleep because I am worried about things to the point I cannot stop thinking about the source of the worry. Something like that allows my mind to stay busy and me to think about other things long enough that I will eventually sleep. Just go with something you find interesting.
If that doesn't work, perhaps you could try doing something soothing. I have found a warm cup of tea to be rather nice, though one must be careful not to drink the ones with caffeine if trying to sleep.

At least it keeps you busy?

I'll give it a try, but I doubt much will change.

Someone else has suggested tea as well, but I'm presently all out.

What kind of tea do you like? We have several nice blends at the shop--and a delivery service. I could have some sent to you.
[Text]
That's not really necessary, I can get it myself.

I've been to Espresso Yourself in the past, but only once as a customer.

And I would encourage you to come in more often, but I am afraid that I am quite a bit biased in that regard. I'm very attached to the place.

[Torin likes your style, Xander...and he'll probably quietly slip a discount of some sort on your bill when you're not looking.]
[Text]
[He is rather selfless at times. Then again, L tried to offer a free drink and he declined at the time.]
[Text]
[Torin can respect that...and yet it means Xander is more worthy of those sorts of free gifts. Funny how that works out.]
[Text]
[He'll most likely decline unless Torin somehow sneaks the free gift in to his back pack.]
