[ At eleven AM, a pulsing shockwave resonates throughout Las Vegas. Seemingly coming from somewhere deep underground, the ripple of force doesn't last long - but that doesn't mean that it isn't strong enough to make any nearby reincarnates stumble or fall.
The quake that happens soon afterwards is much stronger. Unlike the last, it seems to rumble on and on... until it reaches its crescendo with the emergence of a monstrous pink crabster from beneath the recently-flooded area of the city. A miniature tsunami accompanies the 300-foot behemoth, further damaging the surroundings not already levelled by the flooding and the quakes.
It doesn't take long for Refined Shell to get its bearings and begin its rampage. Everything within range can expect to be swiped at, stamped on or crushed between its pincers in its mindless rage.
You might say it seems to be feeling a touch... crabby. ]

[He levers himself up from the rubble he'd been sitting on and starts pulling his torn and stained suit jacket off.]
Let's take the jacket off and test it. I'll lay it out here and we can see what exactly it does.
[It seems safest not to try it while the jacket's on his personage. He'd hate to see just what Anthony's spell will try to "fix" about a partly-undead werewolf.]

[Faint hasty crack! Plunges his hand deeper into his pocket to grab the Circle of Power all around and - shakes and tosses his head at himself, is that getting ahead of himself overmuch...?
Looking back up at Lyall:]
Uhmm - will - will you be uhm - [Shakes out his head again, more restrainedly.] - be - be put - putting it down, o-o-or should I take it...?

[He knows the boy is technically blind, but he's also seemed to be maneuvering around just fine today... so he's a bit uncertain as to just what his status and help requirements are, to be honest.]

I - no, I - I - I think, I... -- have it, thank - thank you...
[Bit distracted, re-measuring where Lyall is and where he was - pulls out the Circle of Power with one hand and feels for the slab with the other, and around, and...
There's the jacket.
Hands are shaking a tad, scrubs the plate with a sleeve to wipe off some of the rain, brings out the sigils... There's one, two, three, holds the plate flat and slides them into place.
A whrrrooom as one sets. Whrrrooom. Whrrrooom.
There's a static buzz and flare of pale blue light. A voice encants "Antorbok. Magormor. Ulyaoth."
A blue beam lights from each of the sigils and connects with the jacket - lifts it and unfolds it like a tractor beam, turns and unfolds it as it rises -
And then the light fades. Beams spark out. The jacket drops back in place, a few last sparks of blue hopping off or dying in the fabric. Any damage is mended.
Anthony waits moments - in case there's anything to disrupt. Looks back over to Lyall, sockets widened, voice muttering.]
It's - it's done, does it - look, uhm...

[Lyall waits for the glow to fade before cautiously padding-- or rather, squelching-- back to investigate.]
It glows. Blue, if you want to know. And it actually picked my jacket up. Probably for the best I wasn't wearing it.
[Which means he'll wait until a later date to mend his pants, thanks. The jacket's the hardest part to replace, anyhow. He picks it up at last for a closer examination.]
It looks good as new. A bit wet, of course, but that's hardly a problem... amazing.
