This is Nick. I don't know how many of you are still on here that know me, but I'm going to cut right to the chase here: I've been working undercover with the mafia for months, trying to get their secrets for the network. And now I finally have something useful.

There's going to be a meeting soon. Albero will be there, along with a large number of high ranking mafia members. I know when, and where, and I know that if we hit it, we stand a good chance of taking them out and making a serious dent in their operation.

I know some of you are going to say that violence isn't the answer. For anyone who wants to try another road, I have a number of recordings of the mafia making plans to frame network members, and of some of the kidnappings that have happened, as well as the location of where the mafia members are getting their modifications. I'll pass them off to someone who wants them, but not until just before the meeting. It's obviously going to blow my cover pretty badly.

I'm going to that meeting. I don't want to do it alone, because I want to make this hurt, and I can't do that by myself. I know I'm not the only one who's been affected by what they've done, and if we want to stop them, to make it so they can't do it to anyone else - this is the best chance we've got.

We need to take it.

[A pretty grim detective answers the announcement. He's impressed, but already preoccupied thinking about the logistics of how he can help, and how he absolutely cannot.]

There isn't anything I want more than to be there and see Albero get it. Unfortunately, if you've been undercover, you're probably well aware that there's a kill on sight command where I am concerned; they're all too familiar with my face so it goes without saying that I can't be anywhere near you physically if you're going to be successful.

I want you to be successful, so please let me assist with coordination and recon. Do you think you can risk wearing a wire? If things go south, the police are taking me far more seriously these days, and I'm sure I could get help in there if you're worried about numbers.

I'll wear a wire, absolutely. I've done it before. But - I'm the supervisor for the homicide department. I'd really rather leave the police out of this as much as possible.

I'd appreciate anything with coordination, though. I didn't - well, I thought it might just be me and one or two others.

I have proof that they've organized attacks against us. I don't know how the public will take it at this point, but I do know that even if it was enough to get the police to arrest Albero, it's not a conviction that will stick. There's enough corruption to see to that.

No. I have information that likely isn't enough to get an arrest, definitely isn't enough to get a conviction, and will get me killed if I give it to the wrong person too soon.

I also have information that will let us cut off the head of the mafia organization and stop more people from getting hurt.

There's going to be a pretty big number of people at this meeting; Albero and everyone else in a high ranking position, plus the number of lackeys they think they need to protect them. Probably a lot of them are going to be modified.

I am worried about the potential ways this will be spun against us. I am also worried about the level of violence that might erupt as a result of all of this and retribution.

I will be painfully honest. I don't like this. I've been in situations where the law must be taken into ones own hands, but the threat of retribution seems too great here.

At the very least, no matter what you do, I feel you do need to ensure what information you have on his crimes makes it to the outside world at some point. It is a secret we cannot afford to keep to ourselves.

I don't like it, either, but I disagree. He's already sending retribution after us, for refusing to leave what he thinks is his city. It's only going to get worse.

Taking him and everyone else in a position of power in his organization out is the best chance we have at stopping it.

But I will. I'll give it to whoever wants it, keeping my cover doesn't matter anymore.
