[ Any of the Numbered who have set foot outside today are likely to have seen some of the rather unique posters plastered around on every available building/lamppost/fence/beloved family pet. Observe the glitter-saturated horror. ]



[ Y E A H. Regardless of which echo boundary they're in, the notices are everywhere. Some lucky Numbered may even have had one shoved into their mailbox! GOSH. There's also an address for a weddng chapel in Vegas (confusing many Fussen locals in particular) and a note that masks are mandatory and will be provided to people who don't already have one. How considerate!

C'mon, Numbered Specials. Party with Badri and forget all the horrid stressful things that are happening. ]

[ever Saretha's dutiful assistant, Amy has followed after her to this little engagement. She's wearing a more elaborate costume than her employer... a black cat costume, namely, complete with kitty ears and drawn-on whiskers.

Though she's been keeping close to Saretha's side, she temporarily popped off to try a snack. Several moments, she returns, her face scrunched up at the finger sandwich she's trying to eat]

Well, whoever they got to cater this isn't exactly Las Vegas's finest...

Ah, actually I don't know for sure. [He frowns considering.] The flyers are everywhere, which speaks of some weird ability, and there's really just one person I know with unknown resources, that kind of enthusiasm, and calls the numbered 'specials'. Badri Barkley.

He's one of the three so-called aliens, along with Meredith Chownyk and Geoff Benwick. They came in a spaceship and apparently Geoff can have wings, he helped out in some kind of runaway car incident.

They showed up in... April, after the snake battle.

You think so? That's a pity. I could still track him down and introduce you, I saw him around in a mask.

[He starts to rise out of his slight trying-not-to-loom crouch but subsides again.]

[ Apparently, that's what an outraged screech from beneath a ton of plastic balls and a Robyn sounds like. WHO KNEW.

Octavia instantly begins struggling and flailing to get to the surface of the pit. She does so with absolutely no concern for anyone or anything in the way - Robyn should probably move her butt before it gets punched.
