When: October 11th, starting 6 p.m.
Where: The museum that is attached to the town-hall of Füssen, specifically the Kaisersaal.
What: Mingle and happy welcome!

Through the usual channels, the mayor of Füssen has invited any and all numbered - no matter if they are only visiting for the evening/weekend and actually reside in Locke or Vegas or if they are staying for longer - to attend a little reception at the Kaisersaal in the town museum which is attached to the townhall.

Aka this snazzy room just with the chairs grouped around tables and no stage, though four musicians play quartets on a low podium at the side of the room. It's a very distinguished affair don't screw it up, you can do it, numbered! No, we don't know who believes that, either.

Mingle and eat and have fun!

And a note: Drinks are free! But the youngsters will get carded, and alcohol like beer will only be served to 16+ people, while spirits and other higher percentage booze will only be served to 18+ people.

"People kept sayin' I should have," He sighed, rubbing his cheek with the back of one hand. "What about you? Got any brothers that grind you up inside?"

"No brothers." Hajime waves the thought away. "Just a sister...and if someone tried to hit her, I'd tear them apart before they could realize it was a bad idea." He shrugs. "But we get along."

"I appreciate that," He admitted. The closest thing Arthur could imagine someone being to a sister of his had been Dani. If anyone hurt her, well--

He could see losing himself in anger a little.

"That's good, yeah. Wish I had a sister. Feel like it woulda evened my brother out a bit."

[chalicejoker]

"Sisters are probably easier to deal with," Hajime muses. "Especially if they're younger. Then all you've got to do is watch out for them. Make sure they're safe." He considers this. "But I guess with a brother, it could boil down to 'no one can punch this jerk but me.'"

"Huh," Arthur really hadn't thought about that. He never really had to defend anyone when he was a kid. He was the kid who needed defending--and he was never the one to get it. With a frown, he spun his drink a little and frowned inwardly.

"I dunno. I don't think my brother and I were the normal kinds of brothers."

[chalicejoker]

"Something more than just siblings being siblings?" Because, really, in Hajime's experience, "just siblings being siblings" covered a lot.

[knights_king]

"Well, I was adopted," He figured that would answer Hajime's question. Arthur figured that realization would let anyone know where he was in his brother's eyes.

[chalicejoker]

"Oh..." Well, now, that just made this conversation kind of awkward for Hajime. He nods. "I understand."
