How common is it for people to temporarily lose all their echoes?

I'm not sure sure how common it is, I've only really seen it happen to my aunt before. At least that I've payed attention to.

I did. It was really disorientating too.

She's perfectly fine now, but when it happened she forgot that we were supposed to meet up at the mall and accidentally ditched me. I thought it was pretty rude at the time, but we're cool now.
