I was going to have a beach party this weekend for some of the numbered people, but given the sudden increase in mafia problems, I'm going to cancel. Sorry to everyone who was planning on coming out to the beach.

Ugh... That's so not cool! The mafia are a big bunch of jerks. Why do they gotta ruin all our fun?

I don't know. It's scary really. Especially since they don't seem to be pulling punches in who they're after. I don't want anyone to get hurt, kids especially.

It really looks like it. I know some people fear us and see us as a threat, but you're right so far no one has done anything to deserve this. I don't know what is going on, but I am afraid for my family and friends.

People just seem to be reacting way too harsh on us. I don't get it at all.

Yeah that sucks, but with the mafia stuff I guess it's probably better. I mean, some of us don't exactly look normal. I'm still going to the beach myself, but I've got a hat, so I should be good.

Dude the only thing wrong with me is my ears, and that's easy enough to hide. I haven't had a problem so far. People wear hats at the beach all the time.

You know we could still do a pool thing, right? I have an idea.

I know a guy who used to be networked, he lives in this big gated-off place with pools. He got me access and said I could come live there if I ever had to.

Now that he's off network he's spending most of his time away from home. My access code still works, and he showed me how to let more people in.

Sounds wonderful. Count me in... even if it isn't exactly the beach. I was looking to hit up some waves.

You can still go to the beach! It'll just have to be a rather smaller party. Pity, too. But I'm sure a pool party could be fun.

And safer too if the pool is enclosed where not just anyone can have easy access to it.
