[There's a somewhat frustrated, exhausted, and pained-sounding biology teacher on the network Thursday morning, before school starts.]

I am officially calling in sick until Monday. At least Monday. I went wolf last night. It wasn't the full moon, that's tomorrow night. I don't know what happened. If I ran into you... I am so sorry. I don't know what changed, but something did.

So. I'll be needing my clavigers tonight. It might happen again. If you aren't too busy. Friday is taken care of, but tonight... I don't think I can manage it.

Also, if someone could perhaps send one of the doctors over here... I believe I got shot at some point? Not that I blame whoever did it. But it is a little inconvenient, and my bandaging isn't as good as it could be.

[Apparently he's got a bit of understatement going on there. Inconvenient, indeed. At that point, he signs off, at least until people start contacting him back.]

[Lyall takes it with a wan but sincere smile. The man had pretty nice bedside manner, really, and seemed just generally kind.]

I will, thank you. And if you ever need a biology teacher or a werewolf's sense of smell for anything, I believe you know where to call.

[Though he rather doubts this fellow might need either, it still feels polite to offer.]
