[ Ah yes, come one, come all! As per the plotting, let's just say Ryan put out a message that went something like this:

Hey everyone! I was wondering how many of us are stuck here in Locke for the holidays. I'm used to parties and celebrating with friends, so I figured, why not do that anyway! It'll be a Network-only thing, so don't be shy. And if you wanna help, just let me know!

And thus your character finds themselves here, a part of christmas cheer and echoes, surrounded by free food and tinsel and even Mistletoe... The Christmas party! And by Christmas I mean Santa and reindeer and all that lame stuff. ]

Her bottom lip quivers so slightly and her pupils almost seem bigger too. Her expression has become one of complete and utter dejection.]

[ oh god. WHAT ARE YOU DOING. OH NO STOP WITH THAT FACE. it pulls at his heartstrings, it does.

give him a moment to cough ( NOT CHOKE ) and look off to the side. ]

[CACKLING INSIDE. Oh man, she still had it.

A part of her does feel a touch guilty though, so she doesn't drag the act more than that. It's almost alarming how quick she switches from the pitiful, misty-eyed expression she had to a devilish one.]

Oh but of course. And now that you've admitted that.

[She picks up one of the empanadas she made with a napkin and holds it out to him expectantly.

Looks like she wins this round, Kavi]

[ oh he sees this. one point to Maggie for this round, oh yes. but he raises a brow, recovering just as quick. ]

I will have revenge for this, you realize.

[ then he finally concedes to taking that empanada and SLOWLY taking a bite. ]

Oh? I'll be waiting. [That gets him a wink and a small nudge.]

[That draws a playful snort from Maggie and she looks at him with a raised eyebrow.

Well fine. If he won't talk to her, she'll to to herself for him.]

Is that so? Yes, I met them too. They were very nice. She a college friend you know. Yea, small Number World, isn't it?

[She nodded a bit, uh-huh and hmmed here and there before widening her eyes]

Oooh. You found someone you fancy, did you? Tell me more!

[ Kavi chuckles. is this really a thing that Maggie is going to do? well... he might be able to play along with that. ]

I might have found someone that isn't unpleasant to look at. But alas, it is only look. Not touch.

[Maggie is about as silly as they come. She pursed her lip when Kavi began playing along]

[Then it kinda sunk in what he said. He also seemed to have let his accent show more and well. Maggie would admit, her feelings towards Kavi were those of friendship--after all they had only known each other a couple of months--but he was an attractive man. With a very attractive voice.
