Woah hey everybody! I'm Jin Aznable, super genius, and I guess I'm a part of this secret society too. Looks like you all hit the lottery! See, I'm a robotics engineer and I'm pretty much the coolest guy. I made a mistake redesigning this surgical unit I've been working with, and the model number was... this access number! Pretty freaky. So looks like I'm also a part of whatever this is.
I work with medical robotics, and I don't really have a specialty. So I've designed prosthetics, an artificial heart, and a lot of tools for micro surgery. Lasers and stuff, pretty cool. Other than that, uh, I like giant robot stuff. And I've got a kid, but I'd rather leave her out of my cool and weird secret society thing. Ha ha. Any questions?

Don't lie, you're excited to meet me.

I'll admit to that much.
And I suppose that I've had worse meetings in the past, but it wouldn't be wise to make something of that.
What did you get along with your numbers?

Are you sure that's all the ego flexing you wanted to do right now?

Actually, it's kind of boring, unexpectedly. I was designing a power source for that surgical unit I measured, and I almost got it all the way to mock-ups before someone pointed out that the power pack was way way too small.
I had this weird idea that there was some energy source that was powerful enough to power it, but that was way smaller than any battery that exists in the world right now. My coworkers were kind of worried I'd finally cracked. I had to tell them no one wins the pool yet, I'm still sane.
But the number wouldn't get out of my head, the model number of the design. So I finally typed it in and here I am! Pretty crazy stuff, huh?

[Or really, the more important question felt like]
If a power source is that powerful, wouldn't you have to invent an entirely new power grid to sustain it?

To be terribly honest I'm not yet sure why, or who, yet. But what some people have talked about makes it sound very dangerous...

That kind of fell to the wayside when I realized how improbable the whole thing was. Oh well.

[Because it's not like he got into an altercation with a Blood Keys thug and is trying to figure out what happened during the fight when he broke said thug's arm. So Hajime will be polite and resist the urge to call the guy out on his ego while pretending that this is a totally normal question.]

I mean, if you've got the real delicate finger parts you can break those pretty easy, but you can't really break the 'bones,' you can only break the joints. It doesn't hurt, either! That's the good part about prosthetics, it doesn't hurt if you break them.
Why do you ask?
