Before long a young girl moves in front of the camera to address the viewers. She remains standing as she speaks, posture straight and shoulders pulled back, a confident tilt to her chin. She seems quite used to public speaking. ]

Excuse me, everyone! May I have your attention please?

My name is Elizabeth. Elizabeth Victoria Bishop. My father is Reginald Bishop of Bishop International. Some of you may know me as 'Lizzie.'

Now, these are very dark and uncertain times for us all. For reasons beyond our current understanding, we have all been unwillingly dragged into this predicament. If you are new and do not understand what I am going on about, please refer to the text portion of this post where I have linked what resources we presently have to offer you.

For the rest of us, I understand that we have no way to know what we are up against, and that uncertainty begets fear. I am here to tell you there is nothing wrong with being afraid. Even I am afraid. I am posting this video to show that while I am afraid, that fear will not stop me.

I am here for you. All of you. And everything is going to be okay. Because I know I am not alone. I have already met many brave individuals willing to put themselves at risk for the sake of us all. Men such as Dr. Aaron Strider and Captain Casval Mass. Like the admirable young men who have been willing to meet with me and put their faith in me. Like the people unafraid to speak up with their concerns, because they had the safety of us all at heart.

We are a group of remarkable people. Do not doubt this. I have seen it already. I've seen it in each and everyone one of you. We are in this together, and we will pull through for each other. I believe in that wholeheartedly.

For that reason, I am showing you my face. Giving you my name. I want you all to know me, and to know that you can rely on me.

Please take care of yourselves as well as each other. If you need any help at all, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will leave my e-mail, cell number, and network code at the bottom of this post.

^ I believe for newcomers these should be kept in mind at all times, at least until you have a better understanding to make further decisions on your own. I am obviously not following these to the letter anymore, but our involvement here is nothing to be taken lightly.

• If you have a family, please consider other ways of helping. Paul Ben had a family.
  
• And lastly, I ask that you have some kind of experience or training in self-defense should we find ourselves compromised.

You're certainly making a spectacle. A lack of caution doesn't necessarily equate bravery or draw people to fall in line.

[It just gives you more visibility, makes you more likely to be struck down or used as a fall guy. Her father learned that the hard way when he tangled with snakes. Seems Casval's got another one wrapped around his pretty little finger.]

[ Unfortunately for all her ideals and book smarts, at the end of the day Elizabeth is just a sucker for charming, handsome, manipulative blondes. ]

Yes, I do understand that. But if we don't establish the reliability of this network, it will be impossible for us to move forward. Even in the worst case scenario of my safety or those who stand with me becoming compromised, at least then we will know we have to move to a different medium of communication that is more secure.

I want to applaud your bravery, and yet at the same time, I can't help but think you are being so very foolish.

Those things are not mutually exclusive. You may very well be right, and yet I can't not try.

It's something my father always told me as a girl. When I asked him right from wrong, he would say to me there is no such thing. That it's as simple as doing whatever it is we can't bear not to do.

So here I am.

[ When the video doesn't immediately prove to be interesting, Kallie's pretty quick to turn away, trying to focus on her current round homework. When Elizabeth begins speaking, it takes her a few moments to focus back in enough to absorb anything but words--

Then, she stares. Considering her interaction with this person earlier, her appearance isn't really what Kallie would have expected. What really gets her, however, is how she's at once reminded of that other young woman who'd appeared in one of her odd visions lately - all that pink hair...

And just like the instance that had given her the memory, the hollow thudding feeling makes a return... even if nothing obvious really seems to have happened following it. Again. Distractedly, she runs a hand through her own hair, but there's far more important matters to consider besides memories of strange girls and potential hipster punkenness.

Namely, the pure fury immediately rising in her at hearing Elizabeth thinks that man is brave. Even after she takes a minute to catch her breath: ]
