Maybe some kind of viral marketing thing for a movie? (If it is, whatever they did to get these freakin' numbers stuck in my head HAS to be illegal...)

The answer is that instead of doing some basic research by combing through a few older posts you jumped straight for the most paranoid explanations you could find, and even those weren't creative in the least. I do hope that you at least attempt to make your tinfoil hat look respectable if you go out.
