Can't do anything about it if you are, right? Except to hide it.

That's not true. There are doctors for that kind of thing. And medicine.

Mental illness isn't any kind of burden you have to carry by yourself you know.

I have a therapist. One in school too.

[[Not that they really helped with the main issue. But whatever]]

Do they just help you hide it?

Mostly, yeah. They help with some stuff. Not much though.

Some therapists really suck. It can take a while to find the right one. Do your guardians pay for it?

Yeah.

[He works in the foster care system. He's careful about making assumptions.]

Tell them you'd prefer someone else. There's plenty of doctors out there. Some of them might even be able to actually help you. For real.
