Anyway. Guys, you know stuff's going on here, right? People've been going into sort of fits and wrecking their stuff. It's got so bad the military's come in to start locking them up. And I keep seeing mushrooms everywhere. I'm told they're new. They're bigger the farther I go over the jungle, I've seen them as big as my head.

The sigil to get here on the teleporter is a mushroom. Think this could be bad?

Nah. Well, it helps I'm only spending so long at a time on the ground, I bet. This uh... I don't think any of these guys have been getting violent at people though.

I haven't noticed, but I haven't seen people doing this myself. The soldiers keep taking them away. It rains here often enough I'm not sure I'd see spores, either.

Spores can be small anyway. [He hums to himself, dwelling on it.] It seems too much of a coincidence not to be related really. Are you going to stay there to keep an eye on it?

It certainly isn't good, whatever is going on here. Some larger mushroom surfacing to produce an even more drastic effect upon the populace seems all too likely at this point.

I would say that encountering any unusual manifestation of the symbol on the teleporter is more than likely a bad thing.

Oh, yes. It's less dramatic than children being kidnapped, but it's still the next thing to need our attention.
