[ so he had been a little on the quiet side these past few weeks, but here is Shou, looking a bit grumpy and annoyed about something. from what could be seen of his surroundings, it looked a lot less like the usual rich surroundings of videos from before, but thanks to the way there's barely any light around him, it was really hard to tell. it takes him a moment to say anything but when he does, it's pretty much to the point. ]

I was there, made a phone record them as they were talking and pretty much hung around a bit before ducking in the back to keep an eye on a couple people but one of the things I've noticed is that they had a large envelope that they kept on using to push L and Tony to reveal their kidnapping stuff. To me, it sounding like they had pictures - a lot of them - with a lot of extra details about the kidnapping that isn't public knowledge and I'm not sure it's something the FBI has much on as well.
Is that something that they would need to check out? I mean, evidence of a crime being withheld from the proper authorities in order to boost ratings? It doesn't sound right to me.
I also might know about how to weaken trading between the Italians and the yakuza, which might make the Italians a little vulnerable.

These are valuable information... We certainly has no idea those evidences exist during the investigation and I haven't heard of anything about it from my supervisor either. Can you pass the recording so we have an idea what to look for?
Please elaborate. [ He needs to know what exactly he's talking about before responding because cutting deals with criminals is against protocol... ]

Well... when it looked like my pulses were making me into a mobster, I went to a couple local people I knew from partying stuff. [ no real details but he figured that he would know what Shou meant. ] They sorta decided I was perfect for low level kind of things which was basically go-between and money stuff. From what I can tell... the yakuza only work with the Italians because of the power level. They ain't too found of how things are and if there was... like an outside reason to back off on their end with trading and stuff, they would since they're pretty much not liking how the deals are right now.
It wouldn't be like making a deal. It would be more like easing up the strain of having to be the cannon fodder for Italians because of trading agreements.
Does that make sense?
