[plot] This can only end well
Who: The Robyn Rescue Squad, the Rescue-Squad-Stop-That-Right-Now Squad, potentially Robyn and the mafia
What: Albero has Robyn. Several reincarnates want to take her back by force.
When: September 02
Where: Robyn is located in another warehouse. Boy, the mafia love those things. Rescuers will very likely be intercepted en route by the anti-rescue team!
Warnings: Potential violence, hostage situations, unpleasantness in general. (If anyone wants further CWs added, shoot us a PM!)
((Subthreads will go below - feel free to make your own sub-subthreads as ever!
Please note! Several reincarnates will be attempting to stop the rescue taking place. The FBI will contact any Numbered employed by law enforcement in Locke and request that they keep an eye on things, too. Make sure you can justify your character making it to the warehouse if you want to make the rescue actually happen!))

Thanks to that, Saretha has been able to position herself a distance away from it. Not close enough to be detected by the mafia, but she hopes in good enough position to block certain incoming parties before they could be.
She wears Junketsu in its dress form, her katana sheathed and at her side. She lurks in the shadows, just... waiting.
It's inevitable, really. ]

it's all an act. part of a persona that was build up by his other and part of the class clown he had been to keep people off-balanced.
Saretha can watch for the idiots that wanted to break in there. Shou was watching the goons moving around the warehouse, checking the patterns and matching them up to the information that had been wired into his mind months ago. funny how natural that stuff had become to him now. ]

Could you appear a little MORE conspicuous, perhaps?
[ Coming from the woman wearing a man eating
alienmonster dress. ]no subject
yes but i left that dress at home
all serious though, guards are concentrated on this side and should be switching out soon
the back is where the trap is

[Raye had ignored most of the blow up that happened over the message from Robyn, sticking with it just long enough to get the address and work out a scant plan or two before she was off, meeting up with that Emilia girl before heading off to the location.
They aren't far from it when Raye feels Senketsu bristle on her in a familiar way. The Kamui had been mostly silent during the argument, reserving his opinions on whether or not going after Robyn was the wisest course of action. Now, however, she hears his voice loud and clear and recognizes the low, dangerous tone to it.]
It's near.
Hold up. [She stops short, glancing down at Senketsu and turning her head to follow the direction of his gaze, eyes narrowing.] We got company.
no subject
When Raye stopped, Emi followed suit. Trouble? Probably in the form of Saretha or whatever her name was, no doubt...]
...It's her isn't it? That girl we were arguring with.
no subject
So, she draws herself out into the open enough for them to see. ]
Satterfield. You and your friend have one more chance, here. Albero has no reason not to turn the girl over as promised - the action that has the least risk of harming her is waiting.
[ She knows this isn't going to do any good, and her grip tightens on her blade. ]

Good heavens, he didn't hear of or look through rescue plans nearly well enough to know who he's looking for or exactly where they would be, but there's no alternative to finding one of theirs; he's got the seax on him, not a thing an obvious one of them ought to be caught with, and calling for pickup without getting the message out isn't an option - there would be the network, but who with the rescue team would stop to check it now?
He's scrambling and listening around him to find someone, ask them if this is about Robyn, ask if they're going, let them know that there's a Vermaxi in the warehouse.]

Meanwhile a pulse hits. One hand closes around something shaped like a tube. Scroll.
The pulse is followed by a dizzying dull internal thump - figuratively races away from it, mentally searching, and he'll turn toward any slight sound as he approaches where the sound of the fighting's coming from - ]
-- Who's there? [Trace of a crack.]

But she was quite surprised to find Antony of all people around here.]

Which is why he's crept out to his favorite local park not far from home and hidden behind the bushes to transform into Cure Phantom. Phone in hand with the warehouse location punched into Google Maps, Danny takes off, flying a few feet off the ground as he navigates the streets to Robyn's location.]
/toss the brat at him
Where do you think you're going?
no subject
Where does it look like? I'm going to the warehouse!
no subject
[Yup, nope, not sorry that he was going to be blunt about it. If he could just get something in the thick skull of the ghost boy then it would be fine. Shou was very very sure that whatever is hiding in that place is something that would wipe the floor with them.
Well. With most of them. The two girls in their weird S&M stripper outfits might be up to that kind of challenge.]

WAREHOUSE
Robyn is being held in a room on the west side of the warehouse, and there's a small window about seven feet up the wall. If someone manages to look through it, they'll be able to see her bound and gagged. There are no guards in the room with her.
If the reincarnates take a more direct approach, the guards are mostly concentrated at the front of the building. Five are immediately visible, and presumably there are more inside. Good luck. ]
no subject
He spends a great deal of time in the shadows, wringing his hands nervously. Should he be trying something else?? Maybe... checking out the situation inside from a window? Yeah. That's helpful and not horrendously dangerous. He could be a decent lookout.
Walter sidles alongside the wall until he spots one. His scaling of the wall isn't particularly graceful, but it's quiet, at least. Once he makes it up he peers inside. ]
no subject
She had tried to her best to sleep multiple times throughout this ordeal, but every time she got close to drifting off heard some sort of breathing in the room and it woke her right the crap up because there is nothing more creepy than that. There was no one in the room, she knew that. ...But if there was no one in the room then what the heck was breathing!? She was probably going crazy, just her luck. she gets kidnapped and forced to help a mafia boss threaten all of her friends and then she goes nuts right before he can let her go. Nice job Robyn, way to crack under the pressure.
Unfortunately thanks to the blindfold wrapped over her eyes, Robyn has no idea there's an invisible person at the window. Not that she would've noticed that anyways because he's freakin' invisible. So don't expect a wave from her Walter, she can't see you and well she's tied up and can't wave anyways.]

Careful to stay out of sight, Danny tracks the guard with his eye and flies around the warehouse to...wherever it is he's going after checking up on Robyn. He phases through the wall and spots a few other guards with the first one.
So, he makes a snap decision. He jumps into one of the guards and possesses him. Oh god, this feels weird and skeevy but he can't stop to think about it now. They might find him out at any moment. But a minute later, he's still undiscovered, and they're supposed to have another check-up on the hostage. Danny raises his hand (or the guard's hand, whatever) to volunteer.
He enters the room and makes his way over to Robyn. Out of nowhere, he's struck by the fact that he doesn't know what to do now. Can he really get her out of here like this? Even if he snatches her, what does he do next? They'd both be killed before they could get out. Suddenly, Danny feels utterly powerless to help. But he's already here. So he gets as close as he can and leans down a little to whisper in her ear.]
Hey, Robyn. It's Danny, I'm in one of the guards right now. We're working on getting you out, okay? I promise, you're gonna be safe.
[He doesn't entirely believe it himself, but at least he can keep an eye on her now, right? It's better than nothing.]

Team Smash Everything goes here.
The warehouse, of course, is in sight a ways away, far enough that they shouldn't be noticed by any of the guards out the front.
There's another reason she's here, though, something important. There was a Vermaxi waiting for them somewhere inside, and she had to let the others know...]
