[Ariel can't help but appear rather happy right now. Even with monster cars, aliens and cultists on the prowl, her life has been going pretty well lately and it shows with her rather impish smile as she turns on her camera to her laptop.]

So summer is here and with summer that means beaches! is anyone interested in going to the beach? I was thinking of making a party of it and having some fun in the sun. Maybe if enough people show interest, we might even be able to get a bunch of people to play volleyball or Frisbee or something together. Or someone could hang ten with me. I do have an extra surfboard-- so long as you don't mind hot pink. Now that the 4th is over, I'm looking at maybe this Saturday for some fun in the sun!

Also thanks to anyone who helped rescue Naya while I was away on vacation. I'm sorry that was even a thing that happened.

He won’t tell me but I’m convinced it has something to do with his rock star history. Of course, he threaten me for making anymore random and crazy guesses. How rude is that?

...Well, I guess it’s not so top secret anymore but same thing! But just because he might be famous doesn’t mean that he can be so rude!

You're right he is rude. But prying into people's lives past or otherwise might be seen as rude too... even if it can be a lot of fun.

Yeah, you got a point there.

But I wasn’t attempting to scare him off or threatening him. It’s just...harmless fun? But he could have just said that he didn’t like it and asked for me to stop!

That depends if there is information overload maybe? This is a good amount of "talking" at least. Text also lets you mull stuff over at an easier pace.

lol I do. And I think it's cool that you have such an easy time talking. My family tries to be like that. but it doesn't always work out.

Oh yeah? How does that turn out for you? Sounds like you got some...interesting family conversations there!

Actually about as well as you might expect between someone who is numbered with a family that isn't. Let's just say I'm glad my uncle's family is numbered.

Yeah, I can imagine how well that would go. But at least you got some family members who are numbered?

You got something in common so there’s that! You can always talk about those things! Not always the happiest topic but...it’s still something!

I know it's more than most people have. Most of the numbered that I've met outside my family are the only ones in theirs. It must make life hard.

I am happy with them all being numbered, even if it occasionally makes things awkward.

You got that right. I use to have a brother that was on the network and it was kind of awesome for a while though.

But I can’t blame him for wanting to go somewhere else to get a better job. And he went away after the giant snake attack too so it’s the best of both worlds I guess.

Oh? Shame he moved away. I can understand why he might as well. I almost moved away myself but changed my mind. Were you here when the Snake attacked? I wasn't.

[There was a part of Abby that didn't want her brother to leave but as long as he was somewhere safe? Then that made things okay. Although, there was a selfish part of her that wanted him to stay. It sucked being lonely]

Yeah but I'm fine now! It was a good thing that there were a ton of people around to help me or else I would have been a goner ages ago! There was a giant robot, some weird superhero with a trident going on, there was someone who exploded some stuff too....

But anyway! What made you change your mind anyway?

OMG. That sounds absolutely crazy! My experiences have been a lot less... crazy. Yeah there was the rampant car and the strange powerout thing, but nothing sounds as scary as what you've faced.

I changed my mind for two reasons. 1. A lot of people I cared about are numbered, I didn't want to leave them. and 2. I feel a sort of weird obligation to see things through with being numbered.

What can I say? I'm getting use to this whole thing! At this rate, I might as well be a pro at this! Well, minus all the damage and the powers I may or may not have! It would be cool that they came sooner but what can you do?

[Although, it did make her feel a bit useless here. She was trying to keep a brave face but there was only so much she could do.]

Then what do you intend to do on being a numbered? We are more or less gifted if we are on this network but what do you want to do with that?
