[some of you may have seen this relatively new number replying to other posts for a bit (and if you have you've seen how weird the owner is) but most of you probably haven't. either way Nyah's making a post now as if she's always been here, no introduction or other newbie-related stuff included. she figures it's not really important to the narrative if she's doing some information scouting]

how many of you are reincarnated lovers?
if you could specify if you were also tragic and to what degree in your past life thatd be super helpful
im trying to figure out which genres this whole thing isnt trying to play with and romance is a big fat question mark right now
if it does end up being relevant then im going to wash my hands of this whole thing from a creative perspective i swear
what a clunky thing to have to deal with

unrelated to the first question, but
throw some mythologies that feature malevolent entities with major canine characteristics at me?
im looking to expand my horizons on that front

I wouldn't doubt it tbh.
First I started this stuff, then this girl I have never gotten along with turned out to be my past life's bff, then this girl who just moved here was their other bff and I really think it's contagious. So he'll probably show up one day and it will suck.

On the bright side, I have heard of worse places.

You might be lucky, you might just be sort of normal. My neighbor used to be one of us and he seemed sort of normal.

cannibalism is such a huge taboo even now that you dont really see it pop up all that much in fiction
or if it does it doesnt get too popular because the authors trying to be edgy for edge's sake or its just handled badly

Yeah but stuff keeps showing up. Like weapons and robots and bird gods.

i was going to say that sounds kiiiind of quetzalcoatl-y but the robot bit is obviously new
i guess someone decided to get really creative with their inspiration points

Not cool. He can't turn into a robot here yet. So there's just a giant bird hanging around.

and birds are pretty much always cool
depending on the breed theyre symbols of good luck sometimes

careful or youll fall into confirmation bias about that stuff
id wait a little longer and just record all auspicious events that occur to you over like the next couple months or so
itll be easier to look over and pick out patterns that way
