How does one go the best about forcing an echo?

And, relatedly, is there a way to control what exactly is echoed?

It's a bit of an off chance, but... surely she wouldn't echo anything titan from those uniforms, and she has seen Ryan before (sure, through binoculars and from too far a distance to actually see details, but hopefully that would be enough to not count as a first) and nothing happened then. And since the uniform pieces must have been related to 3DMG usage, the chance that it will help with the height issue is not too off.

But what if Ryan echoes anything off her? She still doesn't remember enough to properly judge the risk that that might bring. ...On the other hand it will happen eventually, and maybe it would be better to do it under controlled conditions, so to speak. The question is...]
