[Ever since his run-in with some Blood Keys, Suzaku's been on the mend. That's natural and of course, entirely normal. But it's also frustratingly, uselessly slow. Things are happening around him that he can't do anything about. Or rather, he can't do anything about them without popping his recently-acquired seams.

However, there's only so many things he can hold off from doing. Training is certainly not one of those things, and so he's investing his time making sure he doesn't become entirely useless by the time he's fully recovered.

Shame he can't go to the dojo like this, but his front yard will do]

I'm not going to make you do extra stuff for me.

[He's back after a couple of minutes and practically shoving a kendo sword at him. It's one of the nicer one he has, and therefore, considerably difficult to break]

[And then he's back in the kitchen rifling around. Is he cooking anyway? He's cooking anyway]

[ Van's never held something like this before. not an actual weapon. he holds it like so, basically just screwing around. kids and their play things.

with a snort, he rolls his eyes. it's heavier than he expects. maybe the core actually had some metal in it? whatever. weirdo brothers... ]
