[It was intentional. Stupid, but intentional. He'd wanted to get just close enough for an echo: to get some control over what was happening to him, rather than just waiting for it to happen.

[Then he'd gotten too close. His expensive clothes may as well have been a bright, flashing sign. The guy moved in, and then....

[The redhead trembles, staring at the thing that had appeared. It took the man down like it was nothing. Just a few quick slashes of its bladed arms, and the guy was down. Dead.

[And now, the creature stares at him, like he's supposed to do something. Like it's waiting for him.

[If it got away from the body, he could show it to the network. Much as he scoffs at most of those idiots, maybe—

[As though reading his thoughts, the creature moves obediently away from the body.]

... Fuck.

[The screen is dark, camera currently covered by a hand. When Axel speaks, his voice is calm and measured.]

Alright, Numbers Club. Let's see if any of you know.

[The hand moves, and the camera struggles to focus on ... something. It's not human, that's for sure. The combination of bad lighting and a slightly shaking camera makes it a little tough to see, but eventually, the creature comes into view. It bobs gently, appearing to be floating slightly above the ground. The four blades on each arm look like they're colored slightly different than the rest of it.

[Look closer: it's blood.

[Axel speaks again. Despite the slight shakiness of his hand, his voice is still stubbornly calm.]

What the fuck is this thing?

Pizza? [There's a soft chuckle at that.] No one ordered it for you?

Nope. Two pizzas. One slice missing from each.

At least you had a snack! [Holly's smiling brightly, shaking her head at the idea of it.]

I wonder who ate the other piece, unless you're the type to eat once slice from two different pizzas.

I'm not so sure they're edible.

Oh is it a kind you don't like? [She is literally thinking of a pizza you could get down the road.]

I mean, I'm not sure they're really food.

Oh! Well yeah don't eat it, that could be dangerous!

A couple things, yeah. [He remembers killing someone with fire, anyway.] Nothing had anything to do with pizza.

[Her brows furrow as she thinks.] I'm stumped! I can only think that maybe it's from some time you were having a party with others but why would that come back. Seems kind of silly.

[Especially if you can't eat it. What a waste.]

I dunno. I've seen some pretty weird stuff on here. Inedible pizza doesn't seem so strange in comparison.

I've been pretty lucky, considering. [At least she hasn't had some creepy bladed pet thing come back.]

Good to know it could always be worse, right?

[And here she cringes.] I guess you could take it that way... be careful?

[There's a quick smile.] I'm Holly, I don't think I can help you much but if you need anything... [The offer is there though she can't promise much. Maybe if she gets more stuff back she may find out she actually was a witch and find a way to help with this bladed.. problem.]
