[ A video feed of a ferret sitting very primly in a pet bed, surrounded by a variety of snacks. There's a scrap of what appears to be silk right on her paws. She stares into the camera down her nose, her head held high, then she snakes forward to turn the feed off.

(She is expecting everyone to be so jealous of her Christmas haul. It has not quite struck her that this gesture might have made ZERO SENSE.

A text message is right below the video window:]

[ At least he didn't say 'pet'? Should he be noticing something about the ferret, because he isn't, other than it's looks sort of charmingly grumpy. ]

[ Ok, this is going to happen in real time, Daylen - you ready? First, she pauses, her eyes visibly running along the new text on her screen... And she puts a paw over her face, giving a loud sigh. She'll then snake forward and start tapping at her recording device with her claws, and when she taps the device for the last time, a new message appears on his device. ]

Daylen doesn't really know how to answer that. He's making all kinds of odd faces that it's probably lucky Stella can't see. ]

Well reading is a very good way to learn, one of the best I would say. Do you have a steady supply of books?

me messmate banagher works in a library and he takes me along now and again
and even when i run out of those theres always be lyalls science books
and when i read through all those i have me a lil iphone for google and the wikipedia
i aint about to run out of readin to do
