[When the video feed opens, the first thing to note about Alan's appearance is that he is covered in glitter. The second is that he's dressed to clean. The third is that he looks very, very worried.]
Does anyone here know how to get fairy dust off things? Octavia was practicing her flying and...
[He moves aside to show that the glitter is not just on him, the room he's in is also full of it. As he does, he turns his back on the camera, revealing a sparkly handprint on his butt.]
I need to get rid of this before my mom comes back, but it's taking forever. This stuff really sticks to everything. And I never realised how much dust there is everywhere, I'm never gonna get the place clean enough...

Re: [video]
Do you think he's listening to this, or.
Re: [video]
Shit.
Re: [video]
You about done over there?
Re: [video]
Y-yes?
Re: [video]
Re: [video]
[Oh god how does he even begin to explain this]
An echo thing?

Re: [video]
[ Pause. On second thought, there's no point in asking. But Alan's face suddenly seems a little familiar as well. Creepy. ]
Uh. Sorry?
Re: [video]
[He still looks kind of terrified, though. That's not going away any time soon.]
Re: [video]
[ Another pause. He's not one for ~chatting~ but he's curious now. ]
You "think." Is that all you know?
Re: [video]
I won't. [It comes out more as a squeak than actual words.]
And I'm not really sure, but I think you might have been, like. In charge of making sure I didn't lose control of my titan and hurt anyone? I remember you coming up with a plan to cut me out if necessary.
Re: [video]
"Your titan." You wanna maybe elaborate on that a little?
Re: [video]
[He gestures vaguely to indicate 'big' in a way that explains nothing.]
I can kind of turn into one.
Re: [video]
If you can turn into a "giant thing," why are you scared shitless of me? What could I possibly do to you that couldn't be countered by just stepping on me?
Re: [video]
[Beyond that, though? He's not even sure exactly why he's so scared of Levi. He just feels absolutely certain deep down in his spine that he could never beat him.]
Re: [video]
[ Fortunately, this Levi is a shut-in who's really only dangerous to monsters made of pixels. No danger of him lopping off any limbs in the immediate future.
Probably. ]
Re: [video]
Re: [video]
[ Actually that's cool as hell, but he'd never admit it. ]
Are you saying I could do that too, then?
Re: [video]
Re: [video]
And how do us normals fight giants? Bombs? Tanks? Really big rocks?
Re: [video]
[He's just going to send a link to Ellie's 3DMG demonstration post.]
It comes with these big boxcutter swords. You use those to cut the titan's weak spot.
Re: [video]
That can't possibly be the most practical way to do it. You remember using something like that?
