Arcade opens in about 15 min. Who wants to meet me there?

[[And anyone who skips the reply will find the white haired teen waiting patiently outside the arcade for the doors to open. Or, if they're late to the party, inside already going at one of the games.]]

The one you freed from the game and led into the world of paper~ [[He grins as he says it before giving a small laugh.]] Bakura. The one who drew all those pictures.

Oh, that was you?

[There's a small smile, and a bit of a chuckle upon mentioning those drawings.]

They were pretty cute though.

[And that's the truth.]

Un! Surprised to see me in person?

[[Since a teenager with a shock of white hair and a scar under one eye was hardly the same as the tapir mage he had drawn.]]

[He nods. Actually, he expected Bakura to be around his age or so, all because of those playful replies. But huh.]

Say, how'd you do that?

[Pointing at the game now. Though he's actually referring to the combos the made.]

I mean, I've been wanting to pass through the next level, but the stage's boss keeps on killing me.

[[He acts like a surly teenager when he's not having an opportunity to be an impish brat. ~~aka, in school~~]]

Did you get the powerup in the hidden stage? Remember that one part where there's that really weird building that just seems like it's in your way? If you kick the side enough times, the door pops open and you get a hidden mini boss. The powerup there makes the A-B-A-Back combo a lot stronger so it's actually useful on his level.

[Woah.]

I... I didn't know there was a mini boss along the way!

[Lucas becomes contemplative now. HMMM.]

I should give it a try sometime.

It's pretty well hidden! If you're not used to RPGs of the "rub everything on everything else" variety it's pretty easy to miss!

[[but to the trained gaming eye, the building that stuck out was a big sign that something was up. It had 'hidden door' written all over it!]]

Wow... you sure know a lot about the game!

[He's kind of awed.]

[[He rubs the back of his neck with an embarrassed laugh]]

I've played it a lot of times! [[Don't ask how many. He doesn't even know any more. Likely he's put enough quarters in that thing to have bought the machine outright at this point...]] After a while, you notice all the hidden things!

I guess I wasn't sharp enough...

You'll get better with practice, don't worry. Everyone misses things things the first few times, that's why they're hidden!

Pretty well-hidden if you ask me.

[He couldn't see it anyway. But maybe next time...]

But yeah, whenever I have the time I guess...

How about now? [[nods to the controls. All yours if you wanna have at it, little man.]]

Un! [[nods]] I've played this a million times, easily! [[and he goofs off at the arcade a ton as well]]

[And he'll take over on those controls. Welp better try to follow what Bakura advised him and hopefully advance further in the game.]

[[smiles happily, watching. He'll point out any secrets or spots that Lucas seems to be missing, warn of when the boss battle is about to happen and advise on combos. Especially since Lucas is picking up farther along in the game than he normally gets!]

[PROBABLY AFTER AN HOUR OR SO??? Guess who's reached like halfway through the game. Lucas checks his watch and--]

A-ah! Oh no...! I should head back now!

[[looks at his own watch briefly]] Aaa-- it is getting a bit late, isn't it? Have to meet someone?

Mom. I agreed to help her out with the flower shop, as always.

[He'll be getting off of that seat.]

But um... thanks though.

[[Bakura's expression softens, looking almost a touch sad as he nods]]

Yeah, go help out your mom. I'll see you around, okay?

[He may have picked up on that expression, so he'll force a smile.]

Sure! Um... call me if you want to hang out again sometime. I really had fun.
