[ shou doesn't sleep like normal people; he is a brat and he likes his night life and his daytime is reserved for work. well. whatever kind of things he gets into that might be considered work. but anyways, he is posting on the network because of reasons which he probably will not mention at all, but might have something to do with that stupid car and other stuff.

so. he turns on voice and he's huffing a little as he talks. ]

Yah know, I'm getting a little pissed 'bout possessed cars an' animals an' stuff. Ain't they gonna be gone with those aliens running 'round or is there something else going on? Next time a car goes tearing around downtown, can I stay outta it? Feels like I've been smashing cars since I landed.

Also it feels like I got 'nother charming bit of my other's problems to deal with. Seems he has a thing about certain stuff and now I can't even have a good time without wanting to shoot a couple people. It's getting a little annoying. First the whole ate a fortune cookie thing and now I'm getting less tolerant. What's next? Ditching my house cuz it's too rich or something? It's like a joke or something - let's see just how much stupid stuff we can shove at me or something.

[ and he just sighs, at the end of his rant. ]

[ Saretha sits before the camera. A little closer up than before, and she's wearing Junketsu. Because she always seems to make a point to do so when posting on the Network, now. She seems to be paying little attention to the camera at first, instead sipping a cup of tea.

She pauses, lowering the cup. ]

One thing has become crystal clear since that car. The meeting. The blackouts. Those things within the blackouts. Should we sit and rest on our laurels, the monsters will come to us, whether we are prepared or not. We have power, and the ability to grasp even more.

As such, I think it prudent those of us with the ability and ambition to do so seek to prepare ourselves for coming storms. Some may do this, and that is commendable - but there is always room for improvement. For advancement.

Far be it for me not to provide an example, however...
