[Instead of Arlene's face, the video is a lovely view of a crappy popcorn ceiling; the phone must be sitting on something (her bed, actually.) From the sound of it, she's not far away, and she sounds panicky.]

This is a disaster. Is this another echo? Don't answer that, I already know. I got that gross feeling again right before this happened.

[She picks up the phone, revealing that a long section of her hair on either side is standing up in a way that would normally require glue or wires, giving the impression of antennae, or perhaps thin curved-back horns.]

They won't go away! I've tried basically everything short of cutting them off--I can't just cut chunks of my hair off, I have rehearsal tomorrow!--and it keeps popping back up like this. I can't go to class looking like a freaking bug! How do I fix it?!
