What's the best way to spend a Friday?

What: Miles wants to see Proud's lair, since he's never been there before. Sophie comes along for the ride. They need an adult, and that's why they have Kallie.

I've seen a number of people asking about echoes and collecting information on what people have received, but as far as I'm aware, there hasn't been much talk on what echoes have revealed about the differences in who you are now, and who you once were.

I don't mean physical differences, of course, but... have any of you seen enough in your echoes to have an idea of what your other self was like? Their family, occupation, personality? Choices they made that you don't understand, or seem to be very different from what you would do?

You don't have to answer in specifics if you're not comfortable, though I would like to have as much data on this as possible. Both out of curiosity, and because I believe the being in my echoes is... quite different from me. And not merely because of the alien robot part.

To put it simply: I am a doctor, and a professor, and he was quite clearly a soldier.

[This is probably the first time Killian's ever not used his webcam to make a Network post with his laptop but he really, really doesn't want to deal with people asking if he's okay right now. He knows he looks exhausted and like he's been crying and he is so very sick of that right now. He can at least keep his voice semi-normal.]

Hey, anyone here know a program or something that'll let me use a scanner and copy papers and pictures and stuff? Going through Mom's things, finally, and...I kinda want to keep some of this stuff in good condition, you know? Send some of the pictures to relatives and stuff. If anyone knows a good place to get stuff framed, that'd be great too.
