*The newest network post appears to be on looseleaf, with the margins decorated with stylized crosses, swirls, and a doodle of some kind of mysterious blob monster eating a stick figure helpfully labelled as an LCA chem teacher. The notes on it are as follows.*

Darkest Shadow
When I walk to the edge of the world, I see
all over that the universe is a bright and dark thing,
like Mercury (is it Mercury? whichever planet is only really hot on one side and really cold on the other because of the sun. I believe it is Mercury. Check later.)
like Mercury or a magnet or a heater that doesn't work.
And in the darkest side, the half,
you have the lonely shriveled plants
no petals
justthors thorns and thistles.
All bear their misery lonely,
believing that love is a lie
a trick of the nonexistent light
as they are crushed
under theweight mass.
*Underneath she's drawn a stick figure flailing for help under a pile of textbooks.*
Note to self. Go to mall later. Think they got new CDs in.

If there were a way to tell who'd be able to see this I could sell tickets to accidental posts like these.

STOP WRITING SHITTY POETRY AND PAY ATTENTION IN SCIENCE CLASS
mercury rotates three times for every pass around the sun, idiot
the two planets that have abnormal rotational qualities in this solar system are venus, which rotates retrograde, eg, backwards, and very slowly, so one day is longer than a year (which tbh if you're talking about light and dark shit USE THAT YOU MORON)
and uranus has a 97 degree axial tilt, eg, it's on its side
TECHNICALLY the Moon is tidally locked in the way you describe, eg we literally are incapable of seeing the dark side because the face of the moon always faces us
jesus fucking christ your poetry is fucking Vogonian oh my fuck

Maybe most poems are like that?
I was never really good at poetry.
The stick figures are nice.
Blob monsters aren't nice, Isaac.
[Yes, they are just writing back to each other in her book. They're probably right next to each in their store too.]
