Darkest Shadow
When I walk to the edge of the world, I see
all over that the universe is a bright and dark thing,
like Mercury ^{(is it Mercury? whichever planet is only really hot on one side and really cold on the other because of the sun. I believe it is Mercury. Check later.)}
like Mercury or a magnet or a heater that doesn't work.
And in the darkest side, the half,
you have the lonely shriveled plants
no petals
just thors thorns and thistles.
All bear their misery lonely,
believing that love is a lie
a trick of the nonexistent light
as they are crushed
under the weight mass.

We have to learn a bunch of formulas, and whenever we actually do an experiment, certain people in the class decide that it is an excuse to do whatever they can to their experiment to try and make something explode.

Your teacher tolerates that sort of behavior?

Not exactly, but...

But she cannot successfully prevent it from happening, is that it?

I suppose so.

What if someone were willing to teacher you the subject in a less rowdy atmosphere; might that help in your enjoyment of the course?

[stavros]

It might be worth looking into... You must really like chemistry.

I should considering I teach it at the public high school.

That said, if you would like additional instruction, one without the disturbances in your class, I would be willing to provide it.
