He still doesn't know exactly where he stands, so he'll leave explaining the missing woman situation to Kotetsu, but as far as he knows, no one's mentioned the connection between the water and what the police are looking for.

I'm sure no one needs to be told again, but be careful about the water thing.

I saw two police officers arrest a girl just for laughing too hard. They said they've be warned about an illegal drug going around, and the signs of it are hysterical laughing and hallucinations. They were taking her in to do a special drug test.

I wouldn't be surprised if it actually was illegal.

One day it's people laughing too hard, the next it'll be anyone smiling.

It would probably be something unoriginal though like another instance of supposed drug abuse.

It goes to show how corrupt this police force actually is, wonder who's paying them off.

Not necessarily the whole force. It'd only take the Sheriff and a few others for this to get set in motion. But I bet whoever it is, they're the ones behind the pollution. Which means someone who has to do with Thunder Corp.

We're all assuming that Thunder Corp. is running the show though. Does anyone know for certain that they're not being controlled by someone?

I don't think anyone knows much for certain. All I know is that the tanker polluting the reservoir came from them.
