I saw two police officers arrest a girl just for laughing too hard. They said they've be warned about an illegal drug going around, and the signs of it are hysterical laughing and hallucinations. They were taking her in to do a special drug test.

We can try media exposure. Report unidentified waste being dumped in anonymously and get a panic started. Even if they say it's nothing people will still be pretty suspicious.

If someone's willing to do that, it'd be a great idea. We could try to get a large group of people on it, have them contact all the local media and anonymously report that Thunder Corp is illegally dumping in the reservoir. Maybe one of them will take it.

Could be. We have a few people on the network who might be able to make sure we don't leave a trace. There's got to be some reporter out there eager for any kind of scoop.

That could work, and I've been getting replies from people with footage or photos from the site. There's definitely enough evidence it's happening.

I guess now the thing to do is make a network post about it, tell people what the plan is and where to pick up disposable phones and voice changers if they're worried about anonymity.
