I like to think I would have noticed you anyway. [ The words are murmured into Fay's hair and followed by a soft kiss. But he can't claim that it hasn't crossed his mind that, without this phenomenon going on around them, it would have been way too easy for Fay to just pass him by. ] But I am very happy that it helped me catch your eye. I don't know what I would do without you.

Although... Kuro-rin? [ He recognizes the word ending but he's never known Fay to be interested in Japanese culture or language in that way. And where the Kuro came from he has no idea. ] Is there someone else I should know about? [ There's a smile on his lips and, apart from the mild confusion, he sound mostly amused by the strange nickname. ]

Maybe. But maybe you would've thought "But do I really want my first time with a man to be with a stripper?" and maybe I would've thought, "Damn he's attractive but he's here with the straight guys so I probably ain't got a chance"? [He sighed quietly, rubbing his nose against the light stubble that the night had left on Youou's cheeks and then leaning his cheek against his neck.] It's a scary thought. So I'm glad that things happened like this.

[And then a small laugh escapes him, and he pokes Youou's side with a slim finger.] And don't be a dummy. It's one of those memory things again. It's... nicknames, I think. Kuro-rin, Kuro-tan, Kuro-pon, Kuro-mu. And they're all for you, don't ask me why. I don't even know what they mean.

Tch. More like, I would have thought "If he's a stripper here, then he probably doesn't want to go home with a fumbly, inexperienced customer." [ His arms tightens around Fay again, and he trails a hand along his spine. ] And instead I caught you. And I'm not letting you go anytime soon.

[ Youou squirms a bit as he's poked, and tries his very harders to keep the laughter in. ] I'm relieved to hear it. [ He does his best to keep up a more serious and solemn facade but he can't keep it up for long, and soon it's dissolved into silent sniggers. ]

I mean, I guess I can sort of get the -rin, -tan thing, in a weeaboo kind of way, but the Kuro part is just weird. [ He flicks his finger at Fay's nose. ] Even with my wardrobe choices.

You caught me. [He echoes the words rather softly, arching into Youou's hand on his spine like a cat being petted, making a pleased little noise.] And I caught you, great hulking man-beast that you are. All in all, I could've done a lot worse.

[He squirms a little bit closer, breathing in Youou's cologne which he's pretty certain that his mom or a sister picked out for him. It looked like that kind of bottle.] And now you're just being obtuse on purpose, you great big dummy. What's "Kuro" mean, then? If it's 'In severe need of a fashion transplant', then I'd say it's pretty apt. Also the rin-tan-mu-min-bun thing, what's that supposed to mean?

Hear me roar. [ He keeps stroking Fay's back, running his nails lightly over the skin on occasion. ] And you couldn't do better than me if you tried.

[ He laughs and shifts them a bit so that he can rest his back against the headboard. ] You have to allow me a little bit of fun, sweetheart. You look too cute when you're teased. [ He's joking. Mostly. ] Kuro is the Japanese word for black, which you seem to have some kind of weird aversion against. And the other stuff, um. [ He laughs, a bit embarrassed for some reason and a blush is forming on his cheeks. ] I guess you could say they're kind of like Japanese nicknames.

[Excuse him, how is he supposed to do words when Youou keeps doing that to his back? He slumps against the other man, closing his eyes and shivering with a small nonsensical mumble that might possibly be agreement that he couldn't do better, or just is the human equivalent of purring.]

[After a moment or two e opens his eyes lazily.] Well, I guess Kuro works, then. I mean, since that's the only thing you wear, combined with that beautiful hair of yours. [A small, happy yawn, but his eyes are still bright with interest.] So they're something you'd call a boyfriend, then? Or something more general like sugar? [A pause.] Not that Black Sugar doesn't mostly sound like a porno with a lot of big black guys in it.

[ But how is Youou supposed to resist doing it when Fay makes it so enticing to continue? Seriously, he could do this all day and not get bored with it. ]

I- Um- [ Okay, you seriously cannot expect him not to blush like no tomorrow if you're going to be talking about pornos. Or just mention them really. ] Firstly I wear stuff that's not black. [ He takes a deep breath while he wills the blushing to recede. ]

And not exactly. They're something a teenage girl might call her boyfriend. [ It might have happened to him once before when one of his cousin's friends had this huge crush on him for a while. All in all the experience had been rather mortifying, and if he never heard the name "You-tan" again it would still be too soon. Somehow he didn't really mind the Kuro-rin thing though. Fancy that. ] You know how in Japanese you add on things like -san or -kun to names? Yeah, there's also -chan, which is something you call people you find endearing. [ The blush is stubbornly making its way back again. ] Like boyfriends. And -tan, for example, is a more childish way of saying -chan.
