She knows it can go into a magical 'space' between worlds, and still move.
And Marina knows that she's way too paranoid about that kind of possibility to ignore it, so she shows up, looking around curiously as she pokes around the hangar. Marina cups her hands around her mouth. "Yoohoooo!"

"Ah, Marina!" she exclaimed. "You're here for your suit, right?"

A pause. "I made some snacks, if you want to eat anything before heading off on your way."

Like doppel-Nathan is going to miss this, right? We're talking giant robots, here. What could be cooler? And with him picking up one of his original's most recent Echoes . . . well.
Upon arrival, he just stares up at the mobile suits in wonder, rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet. There's a huge grin on his face, and if he weren't trying to prove he could take this seriously, he would probably be jumping up and down. Giant. Robot. He gets to pilot a giant robot! This is the best thing ever.
2.
His exuberant attitude hadn't been the most encouraging thing before this started, perhaps. The utter glee on his face hadn't spoken of someone you'd want to trust with a giant robot. Doppel-Nathan gives off the air that he'll either be incredibly irresponsible, or completely screw up.
But when it comes to the training proper . . . he seems to be handling it very well. Hell, if any of the others are having some trouble there, he may even be able to give them a couple of pointers.
3.
As awesome as pilot training is, it's also hungry work. And so he can be found hanging out near the food during breaks, not being terribly picky about what he's eating. Why be picky? It's actually a point of sameness between him and his original. But that may be about where the sameness ends, because doppel-Nathan is incredibly chatty. If you're near the food, he will talk to you whether you want him to or not.
"I can't believe I get to do this, man. Isn't it the coolest?"
3
She's surprised at how much she likes Nathan. She didn't expect him to take any of this serious, but he's doing a very good job so far, and actually adapting well to his machine. When he asks, she can't help but laugh.
"That it is," she said. "You've been doing very well, you know."
no subject
"See? I told you I'd be good at it!" Said in that same exuberant tone, and around a bite of food. What are table manners?
no subject
"Your ego needs a bit of work, though," she said, taking a small bite of her food and swallowing. "Also, I spent a lot of time on those snacks you're eating, so..."
no subject
He isn't nearly as sure anymore. Doppel!Nathan will get an incredulous look at the greeting. Because sure, it is, and he agrees with all of this, but does the older boy really need to phrase it like this?
"It will be very useful once we can manoeuvre them well."
no subject
And of course he has to phrase things that way. When you're doing something cool, you shouldn't make it sound all stuffy and boring.
The incredulous look doesn't bother him; doppel-Nathan is nowhere near as self-conscious as his original. He does tilt his head a little bit at Fe, trying to figure out if he's seen him before. The kid looks kind of familiar, but doppel-Nathan doesn't have the best memory.
Nah, not quite clicking. Oh well. "Awesome as hell, you mean. You just get up in the air and . . . fwooom!" He waves one hand through the air to demonstrate.
This is probably not helping the impression he makes.

[closed to Arnold & Benedict]
And after some forth and back Arnold came along with Benedict who complied immediately, and when they arrive they will find Feivel at the feet of his Mobile Suit, squinting up at it thoughtfully. He turns towards them when he sees them approach and then throws a quick glance around. Nobody nearby, not in earshot and not in a larger distance, either.
"Good evening."
[locked to Åsa]
"I remember your names." Or she is at least very sure that this is what this is.
no subject
She sits up a little when Floweregg bounds over and smiles at her, opening her arms to invite her into her lap. "How did you remember that?"
no subject
Siiri redirects her attention from looking down at Åsa and trying to not let too many of her tastebuds come into contact with the atrocity that her fiancée created while still looking like she really enjoys them (she enjoys eating things that Åsa made. Just... not because they're tasty but because Åsa made them).
"What are they?"
Floweregg yips excitedly and tries to look all regal and impressive (which is hard when you are a tiny fluffy puppy). ...She kind of fails. A lot. "Sweden and Finland. You called each other that."
