[It was just past noon in Germany when a call went out, the video revealing a young woman with black hair and uniform shifting uncomfortably in her seat. She looked to be in a break room of sorts. When she spoke she had a moderate French accent with a touch of German. It seemed English wasn't that strong.]

"Hello everyone... Um... My name is Celine Blanchefleur. I was advised to make this broadcast in English but I can speak French and German as well. I've been numbered for a short while now and I really don't know... anything. At all. Well much."

[She was extremely nervous, though not really distressed. Perhaps she just wasn't used to asking for help, or maybe it was simply the nature of the help she was requesting.] "I thought I might see if anyone can tell me anything. Or be willing to answer some of my questions. Honestly though I do not know what questions I'm supposed to ask. Or where to even start. This is all very new to me."

"Oh? How good are you with them? Show me!"

Someone is suddenly very interested in Celine's skills now. But she leads her out of the room the teleporter resides in first. Some more room is going to be needed here.

Celine let herself be led, looking a bit flustered as the pushy vampire dragged her into another room. "Show you? I didn't exactly bring any of my knives with me... I'm not THAT good I'm decent but I need a lot more practice..."

"Aw, too bad. Well, do you want to see Locke?" She released her, but still headed up the stairs to the ground floor.

"I suppose so. Let's not stay too late though. I do need some sleep." She followed Emilia up the stairs, already fidgeting with her metal pen. Even if she didn't bring her knives with her she was quite dexterous.

And from there, Emilia will lead Celine out of the building, with her pet still resting on her shoulder as she does so. But before she even thinks about leaving, she'll take her parasol.

"True. Mind, though... We're in a different timezone naw."

"Well My mind is still in Germany." She huffed. "I will be as tired as I please... Though some coffee might be appreciated."

Celine followed obediently though, rubbing one eye as she stepped outside. "I've never been to America though." A small pause, glancing at the vampire. "As a numbered I can use the teleporter at any time?

"Jet lag without any jets involved," she giggles, her parasol quickly unfurled and shading her from the light of day. "Of course. It'd be so annoying otherwise..."

"And there's really no cost to travel like this?" A pause. "I mean... Why make it so simple for us to travel between points like this? It it simply because we're supposed to defend people or...?" She hoped Emi could fill in the blank.

"None whatsoever. Is Thunder Corp familiar at all to you? They worked for the same lot behind the certain ex-cops that are locked away, the Mafia, the Blood Keys..." There is the unmistakeable tone of hatred with the mention of the Locke City Mafia.

"Thunder Corp made this teleporter... which we liberated and now it's for our use. I think it only works on Numbered and creatures like Tupai." Guess who's still roosting on her shoulder?

"I think I might have heard the name before but I was never directly affected by them. I've been in my own little world, as you know." Truthfully she was a little embarrassed that there were so many things she didn't know but..."

"Well I'm glad we have this teleporter now. It's very convenient." She focused on the creature on Emi's shoulder, the corner of her mouth twitching a little. "It's very... Cute. But I do not want to have it near me if you don't mind..."

"We've had it for several months now, not long before the boundary over Vegas appeared." Tupai noticed the attention, and peered up at Celine. At least he's staying put on Emilia's shoulder...

"Be aware, though. Trouble likes to find us."

Celine focused more on Emilia, trying to ignore the... thing. "I understand. Completely." She gestured. "Can we walk and talk? I can't imagine we came here to simply stand in one place."

Truthfully she was a bit curious as to what sort of things were here...

"Of course, follow me." She unfurled her parasol and stepped outside...

"Let me tell you about our 'network' we have..."
