This has been a long time coming, but change can be difficult at times, as you all know. While things may be thrust upon us, out of our consent and control, there are still things only we can choose to do.

I discovered, some time ago, that the sword I carried is more of a tool than a weapon; most of us rely on those teleporter devices. I no longer have to. A quick walk through what I can only describe as a strange landscape, and I am a hundred miles away- albeit not just anywhere. My range appears to be dedicated to our already-known boundaries, though I am experimenting with them.

I'll be focusing on such for the next while. [he hesitates here, not quite sure how to continue, then goes on anyway] Should anyone need assistance with transport, I would be pleased to test myself with them as I explore just what this old body is capable of.

And before anyone asks, no, I don't believe that this is another me. I haven't even seen one of the sort, but I'll gladly take any information if someone's seen me beside myself.

I wish there was a way to tell when the lights were coming so we could set up some way to study it. Is we could compare it to reading for the other teleporting abilities, we could find something out.

You know, if we could find some way to monitor the energy of the lights, period, if they set off any particular wavelength or reading...

Well, I suppose I'm being optimistic. Unless someone has the capability to monitor the entire world at once, and I missed the announcement.

It is possible someone could. We do have a variety of people here. Someone might have a satellite.

Now we just have to figure out how to get it up there.

I haven't much tested how high I can go, though these portals tend to simply fail if the area I have in mind isn't possible. Perhaps you could ask for someone with flight capabilities to come with me, just in case?

And that is a good question on how high it goes.

That I have to ask. I got super strength, but I don't know if he's gotten that one yet.

I've the memory of wings, so it makes sense that perhaps one day I might have them again, but I haven't an idea of how that would come about.

I was apparently his clone, so it stands to reason any power I have, he'll have.

Exactly that. I was his clone in the other life. At first we thought it was sister, but then I got back this face, and he remembered I was a clone and then I remembered I was a clone.

Which brings up a lot of questions with gender, but I guess chromosomes work differently for the half ghost alien species.

And I thought being a robot was complicated. You have my sympathies. If this is the case, then it only stands to sense that you would have some mirroring - but I would also be unsurprised if you turned out to diverge. Simply being a clone of someone does not mean you are identical.

I can't say anything for the other me, but you don't have to worry about me having an identity crisis. We do have some similar tastes, but what differences we do have are pretty stark.

I was just thinking with powers, especially when they seem to be basic ones.

I meant in reference to your powers as well. And I suppose that depends on what you'd define as 'basic'.

Basic....more active ghost types.

But why wouldn't it be the same? The powers seem to be physically based.
