In addition to keeping in contact with the media of late, I have some news for you all.

I have received a message from the Secretary of Defense, requesting audience on the 28th of this month. I will require two more of our number to accompany me.

[A pause.] And I will not mince words, I have an idea of the sort of person I would like to join in on this. This is important, and we must treat it with great care.

This is a delicate situation right now, and I should not have to tell you that the military oversight in Locke City now is... disturbing, to say the least.

It is worth noting that it is probably not in our best interest to show any sort of deception to them, not truly. I would rather limit the possibility of discovery of any sort of recording... but it doesn't terribly matter, because you can be certain all relevant details will be passed on.

That almost sounds like a shopping list for my father. He's kinda like a rock or a willow tree - but he is also in Japan and I doubt he would want to come back here after the last time.

Mebbe it's me but it might not be wrong to assume that something would happen if a bunch of kids went along with you. Not because of the whole temper thing a lot of them have, but the whole idea that mebbe it's a trap.
