Has anyone gotten one of those weird memories that wasn't in a language they knew?

Also, does anyone speak Japanese? I'm trying to write down a conversation from memory, but it's hard when it's not a language you know.

There was one part that seemed like the really important part. This word, "metafalica." But I haven't been able to find a meaning for it in any language, so I guess until I get more I'm kind of stuck.
