[Welp. Nora is bored. And she's been wanting to do this for a while, so..]

So..... I can't be the only one here who is totally sick of just waiting for cool powers and stuff, right? And I figure since people can get pulses and things from talking about stuff past them used to do, we could just get together and chat about cool powers until someone remembers having one of them.

[She clearly has been giving this a lot of thought.]

Anyone interested? We could meet up at Cold Marble, unless someone knows of a better ice-cream parlor. I'm open to suggestions.

Wellllll, long story short?

I just got into an argument with a friend about some stuff with the finals and feeling like I can't catch up? That kind of thing?

Oh....

But you guys worked it out, right? You're cool now?

I hope so! We kind of talked it out even though it ended badly?

[She gave a giggle] I don't know, I think we just misunderstood each other before but I think we understood one another now. [pause] Maybe.

Aw, don't worry about it. I'm sure it's fine!

Okay, now I know you're over thinking this. I bet your friend is already totally over it.

Yeah, yeah, I know they have! But it's nice to make it more dramatic once in a while! Make things more interesting sometimes!

Then what about you? What sort of drama did you get into?

Nothing major. Let's just say.... sometimes I'll turn up the drama if I think I can get my way.

[A few well-placed dramatics can go a long way towards getting an advance on her allowance or a days worth of amnesty on her homework.]

With grown-ups though, not with my friends.

What do you mean by that? Jeez, you're not getting into that much drama right? Well, it does make it more exciting but you know? Not where you're getting into some serious trouble!

Of course not! And you're the one who brought up drama in the first place.

Because you got to make sure you stay in school and do your hardest there1 And stand up for what you believe in! Even it might get you into trouble sometimes!

I've learned a valuable lesson today! I must always eat my vegetables and clean my room a just say no to drugs! Oh, and believe in myself. And... stuff.

And always listen to your elders and parents! Even though they might seem like jerks, they always mean well! Or something like that!

Which is okay, really. After school specials are sort of dumb anyway.

And preachy! Don't you think we already know this stuff?

This is what happens when you do drugs and this is what happens when your brains are on drugs! And this is what happens to your family and your friends and everyone around you!

Haha, yeah. I'm surprised they don't just blow the room up with a bomb at the end. Just to make sure we get the message.

And actually, now that I think about it, I wonder if they'll start making those kind of videos for people being numbered....

Hm....as long as it isn't too dramatic and over the top, I'll be good!

Just enough where it's silly and yet be taken seriously at the same time!
