If this year is any indication, does it seem petty to worry about more mundane things? Or would one consider it a breath of fresh air, as it were?
To think, there are parts of the country where the school year is already over. Divine luck, it seems.

Though, on the other hand, I wouldn't be in academia, with all that that entails, if I didn't like it.
