[When the video starts, Alex is looking a little unsure at his phone.]

I think I've got it right...

[At least, it looks like he does, so he quickly straightens himself up to address everyone.]

Hello. I've already met a couple of you, but I guess now is as good a time as any to introduce myself.

I'm Alexander Bogu, a concierge at the Marriott Grand Chateau here in Las Vegas. Its the same hotel that's letting some of us in the "Numbers Club" stay for free, assuming you can prove to the manager that you actually have superpowers. I don't have any powers, unfortunately, so I'm still stuck as an employee.

The offer for the free room still stands, and for anyone else who decided to take us up on it, just ask for Alexander when you arrive. I'll make sure you're taken care of.

There have, yeah, but just... some particular sorts of members.

[He quirks an eyebrow.] Because I don't know if you remember me, but I sure as hell remember you... or someone who looks an awful lot like you.

[Um.... Alex is not sure how to take that. There's a moment where he wracks his brain, trying to remember, but he comes up empty.]

Well, if you've ever been to Vegas before, we might have met. But I don't recall ever seeing you before.

[Neil crosses his arms.]

Sorry, this sounds stupid. Believe me, I know. Look, if you're poking around here, you've probably seen how people get... memories of things and people, right?

[He rubs his chin.] Someone who looks exactly like you was in one of mine. I'm... pretty sure of it, but...

[He frowns.] You were there with two other people on here named [Pause.] Tieria and Deren, although at least Tieria had a different name then. Nothing about that's ringing a bell, at all?

[Certainly, sometimes you run into people who look similar if not precisely the same as others in the world. It happened, but... he's sure of it. This guy looked exactly like the green haired man in that memory.]

[He lets out a heavy sigh, and shakes his head.]

No, I don't know anyone by the name of Tieria or Deren, and I've never seen you before.

Maybe you've just mistaken me for someone else?

[Neil waves a hand absently for a moment.

Yeah, that was possible. But he looked so close to the guy in his memory. To the same one others recognized. Sure, sometimes people in the world just so happened to look like others, but...]

Well. Damn.

[He doesn't have much of an argument if this guy's just drawing up a total blank. He shakes his head.]

Sorry, man - there's just been a buncha folks lately, and you look exactly like someone in one of these stupid memories...

[He cocks an eyebrow.] So what did you get with your Numbers, then?

Um... [He thinks about that for a moment, but outside of a set of numbers, he honestly can't think of anything new.] ...nothing???

Not unless more frequent migraines count.

Was I supposed to get something? I'm still kind of new to this, I'm not sure how it all works, to be honest.

[Especially if this guy supposedly remembers him, despite the fact that they've never met.]

[Neil frowns. That's weird. This is all weird. Everything is weird.]

Usually, everyone gets something - a memory, an item. Something. If all you got is migraines. [A half-shrug.] That's actually a little worrying.

.......uh huh.

[Given how little knowledge or experience he has in this area, he has no idea what he's supposed to stay to that.]

Well, again, outside of the numbers, no unusual memories, and I didn't get any strange items. So what would make me so different?

[THE BIGGEST SHRUG.]

Beats the hell outta me, man. I realize we gotta be freaking you out a bit.

If you wanna know though, what I recognize you- uh, someone looking like you from is those giant robots you might have seen on the news fighting the snake in Locke City.

One of them's mine.

[YOU ARE A VERY UNHELPFUL MAN, SIR.

Though that other piece of information definitely catches him off guard. He certainly remembers seeing those things on the news, amidst all of the other crazy things happening in Locke at the time.]

Seriously?!

[What? He's curious.]

[ He kind of... is, at that. Sorry. You'll probably hear enough of that out of Eugen, in time.

He waves off the giant robot like its nothing, he's getting a little too used to that maybe. ]

Ah, the Gundam Dynames. Green and white, giant sniper rifle. Packs a pretty mean punch, at least as far as that snake found out.

[ Nonchalant. What? It's just a giant death machine, that's all. ]

Wow... that's... kind of cool, actuallll--

[The pause is sudden, as his face contorts into a grimmace. That 'L' sound stretches on for a few more seconds before starting to morph slightly into]

--Llllllllaaaaaawwwwwkk!! Awnnnn'llllll--

[And just as quickly as it starts--] --ly. [--it stops, with Alex continuing along as if he hadn't just had a partial seizure in front of the camera. Even his facial expression returns to what it was, as if it never changed.] How do you even manage to operate something like that? It has to be complicated.

[ Neil just stares. For a good, long, several moments. Finally, he manages to blink and move his mouth, completely ignoring the question. ]

Man, are you alright? You look like you just had some... kind of attack or something.

[ Though, what it sounded like he was trying to get out then was more than a little... suspect? ]

[His eyebrow furrow in absolute confusion. Because, seriously, he has no idea what the hell this guy is talking about. He looks around briefly, then looks at himself, because he honestly doesn't know why this guy would ask such a question. His reaction to the giant robots couldn't be that over the top, right?

And he's about to say something about it, when he suddenly starts laughing, cackling like a madman.]

[ His mouth moves a bit, eyes widened in... surprise? Horror? Eventually, it makes sounds! ]
