[Raye pops up on the network looking like her usual sunshiney self. She's got Senketsu with her in full today and, as is typical, he's keeping a curious eye on the network but otherwise staying silent.]

So... are we just not gonna talk about the friggin' aliens that landed yesterday or what? And am I out of my fucking mind or did they kinda sound alright to anybody else?

[She huffs out an irritated breath and moves to switch off the message for now, before pausing and adding]

Oh, yeah, and I remember somebody saying some of us get memories of the same shit so... does anybody else out there remember some evil clown lady with rainbow hair? Cause, I guess that's a thing I got.

To be honest, no. The 28th comes, and we all just internalize it and keep it to ourselves.

kinda the same over here. my sister was only 2 when it happened so she doesnt remember and me and my dad dont talk about it.

but yknow we dont talk about ANYTHING so whatever.

[Heh. The more Raye knows Lily, the more she's starting to think that she didn't know how to give up on somebody.

I spent the better part of my childhood not worrying about other people, Raye. I don't like doing it anymore.

[Another hesitation. There's... a lot she COULD say, if she thought about it. She'd never gone without, never been hungry or cold, but even when she was a child and she saw other children with their parents she always knew that something was different. The smiles and laughter other parents shared with their kids, those had never been a part of her life.

Then when she was old enough to understand the concept, she'd finally recognized the way her parents looked at her. It was the way people looked at a responsibility. A burden. And then one of them had disappeared before she could find out why.]
