[Michael has had his number for weeks and he's been testing it every now and then. Watching the Network had been something of a new past time because these were the guys that saved the city. Who wouldn't want to watch them talk? He just hadn't fully come to realize that he was actually part of it yet.

But, he was in need of their help now so he put on the feed. The fourteen year old looks into the camera not sure what to say at first. But deciding it was better to ask outright than to draw things out he'd ask.]

Excuse me! You're all the heroes that saved Locke City, right? Well I was wondering if I could ask for your help since your heroes and all.

[Aheming, he continues:]

You see my name's Michael and I'm looking for a man named Karl Aurion. Do any of you know who that is?

[Not really the words he was hoping for. He didn't think there'd be this instant fatherly love or whatever but he didn't think it be this horrifying for the other guy.

[That sorry snaps Karl out of it instantly. What he says coupled with that expression scream disappointment, if possibly being hurt. Okay, maybe the paternity isn't certain, but letting this chat end with Michael APOLOGIZING to him would not do. The deadbeat potential dad should be the one saying sorry, after all.]

No, wait... Michael, was it?

[He sighs softly. Okay, where to go from here? Meeting up with Michael and his mom might be a good start. Yeah, not a bad idea.]

Look, I... I may not recall your mother, but I do not want to leave things like this, either. If you're not opposed to it, I'd like to meet in person.

[Meeting in person was something he'd hope for from the start. But, he's a little surprised the man suggests it himself. He almost thought he would have to push for it. He tries not to sound eager but...he sounds eager.]

[Not today just cause brain still has not fully processed the situation. By tomorrow, all these emotions ought to be under control and hopefully by then he could handle talking to... his other son.]
