Not going to be in school for a week. Sick. Incredibly bored. Starting to miss homework. Send help immediately, preferably in the form of Netflix recs.

[Matt is incredibly mature. He's staying home for a while from the sheer stress of his life currently. His aunt and uncle insisted after he started taking Advil like it was candy.]

Proposed the idea of numbers club bake sale. It makes us look friendly, right? Donate money to charity? Win/Win????

[Lily liked the idea at least. And last but not least, an attached image. Matt in a lobster costume. This was last Saturday, at the busiest mall in the city.]

In case you missed it. I'm sorry, friends. I have failed. I am going to die. Blame Sasha and Emil. They have doomed me.

Legally. It's not that bad. Just... Often. I just need to keep myself distracted.

A lot of sensory stimulation doesn't really help headaches, though. Things like television can actually make them worse.

If I sleep anymore I'm starting to feel like I'll never wake up.

It seems clear that something's wrong. There are numbered doctors, you know.

I'm saying I'm bored. I slept most of the last few days.

Then you don't literally feel like there's a danger of you not waking up again. Still, that much sleep is hardly healthy.

So I need something to do. I figured netflix would help.

Have you ever heard that only boring people are bored?

Have you ever heard that thinking too much can be bad for you?

I have. I thought about it and ultimately came to the conclusion that it's bad for you the same way exercising too much is bad for you.

I have enough on my mind to keep me busy for the rest of my life. Unless someone wants to tell me how I'm supposed to prevent my last life taking over this one, I am going to not think about it.

That's a shame. The people who get us all through this won't be the ones whose brains are on vacation.

Who asked you anyway?

What matters is that someone cares enough to ask these questions. Let's just leave it at that; I wouldn't want to strain you.

If my brain being on vacation is such a detriment, why haven't you solved all the problems, yet?

When you take it easy, you forfeit your right to judge the people who are putting their noses to the proverbial grindstone. That's just how it is.

When you've had no success you have no right to judge others for alternative methods.

Besides, I'm not interested in fixing everyone's problems.

Now who says I've had no success? That's a lazy assumption, on top of everything else.

Has anybody ever told you you're not as smart as you think you are?

Only when they don't know me. Which you don't, so I guess it fits.

Then the people who you hang around with are the ones that overinflate your ego.

That's another thing you don't know about me. The people I hang out with. Not that I think you'd bother to tattle if you did know, it's a lot of work.

But I do know you have no idea how to act around people.

You also know that I like to get right down to business. Some people actually appreciate that quality.

But no one trusts it.
