PLOT: THE ATTACK ON THE FARMHOUSE
Who: Characters listed under Part 2 of the IC plan.
When: March 9th, Sunday, daylight hours.
Where: The alien’s farmhouse.
What: After several weeks of planning, a group of reincarnates attack the alien’s farmhouse base in the hopes of destroying the alien.
Warnings: Violence.
[ OOC: This is part one of two of Season 1’s finale. The other pertinent plot post.
The following NPCs will be played by mods:
- Skullsy and Moulder.
- The alien.
- The alien's steed.
The rest of the NPCs can be played by players or mods.
- The chimeras: descriptions provided in the Underground team's first thread.
- Sniffer dogs: straight-forward. Besides their altered noses, they attack like regular dogs.
- Corrupt cops: pick one main attribute OR several minor attributes from a domesticated farm animal or an animal that might be found on a farm.
Example:
corrupt cop with one main attribute of a horse: extremely powerful legs that allow the cop to break bones with a single kick, run very quickly, and stand for long periods of time without ache.
corrupt cop with several minor attributes of a horse: teeth that continually grow, horse hearing, and night vision.
Examples of domesticated farm animals: cattle, swine, poultry, rabbits, goats, sheep, horses.
Examples of animals that might be found on a farm: cats, dogs, owls, rats.
Characters who engage the alien in battle will not escape unscathed. If you intend to have your character participate in both the farmhouse attack and Wise Snake’s rampage, please plan accordingly. We will operate on a trust system and may ask for clarification on the logistics of a character’s participation in both if we find it necessary. ]

Show me the bite.
[this is going to sting like hell Kotetsu, sorry.]
no subject
With a bit of a sigh, he lifts up what he can of his costume and vest with his good hand, revealing the bite--though Ravi might need to angle a bit to get at it.]
no subject
[because he does not want to risk healing over anything infectious and causing abscesses.]
Bring it to the clinic later, I will close it up for you there. [or someone will, because he won't be there until Wednesday night]
[he pulls back] The gunshot?
no subject
Then Ravi asks to see the gunshot injury, and Kotetsu makes an even more sour face, because lifting his arm to get the costume and vest off is high on the list of things he never wants to do ever, right up there with having something hot and sharp jabbed into his eye.
He makes the attempt with only his good arm anyway, but there are just some ways an arm is not meant to bend, and he does not achieve much success. Reluctantly, he makes a second attempt with both hands, and the motion pretty much immediately makes him regret every life decision that has led him to this situation. Give him a moment to regroup, here.]

[Ravi stands, hovering uncertainly. he's an ER nurse, he's good at getting people out of clothes without exacerbating their injuries, but uuuusually that also involves ruining the clothes. he does not think Kotetsu would appreciate that very much, so what do...]
Here, let me-- [he reaches for Kotetsu's shoulder, hesitates, then finishes the motion, settling his hand gently over the spot where the injury seems to be.]
[Kotetsu will feel the sunlight-like warmth of Ravi's magic, but it's not easing the pain or knitting anything back together yet. He's just evaluating the extent of the damage to see whether it's actually worth it to remove the vest completely or not.]
no subject
Kotetsu remembers the sensation from that incident with the water at that cafe ages ago, and he tries not to fidget about uncertainly while Ravi checks out the injury.
Tentatively, after a minute:]
--S...o.....?
no subject
You have a broken clavicle, it looks like.
[apologetic, slightly guilty like this is HIS FAULT and he is admitting to a personal failing: ] I can't heal bones yet, unfortunately...
no subject
[HE DOESN'T KNOW ANY OTHER HEALERS GDI. He's about to resign himself to the idea of just getting the bone set mundanely when he sees the alien starting to leave the farmhouse where people are fighting and fly in the direction of Locke. Locke, where thousands of unsuspecting people will be at risk of being injured or killed by a fucking alien--
...That thought never really gets finished, because all of a sudden he's pulling away from Ravi, rising to his feet...]
Thanks anyway. I'll deal with it later, then!
[...glowing blue, and running and jumping off in pursuit of the alien.]
no subject
[KOTETSU NO WHAT ARE YOU DOING]
[Ravi does move to stop him, but Kotetsu moves too fast and reaching out for him is a futile effort]
You-- [idiot, he finishes in his own head with an irritated sigh. Kotetsu is going to regret that later, but he wouldn't be the first moron Ravi's known who's tried to rush into battle when they obviously shouldn't have.]
[he just resigns himself to being annoying about it later.]
