PLOT: THE ATTACK ON THE FARMHOUSE
Who: Characters listed under Part 2 of the IC plan.
When: March 9th, Sunday, daylight hours.
Where: The alien’s farmhouse.
What: After several weeks of planning, a group of reincarnates attack the alien’s farmhouse base in the hopes of destroying the alien.
Warnings: Violence.
[ OOC: This is part one of two of Season 1’s finale. The other pertinent plot post.
The following NPCs will be played by mods:
- Skullsy and Moulder.
- The alien.
- The alien's steed.
The rest of the NPCs can be played by players or mods.
- The chimeras: descriptions provided in the Underground team's first thread.
- Sniffer dogs: straight-forward. Besides their altered noses, they attack like regular dogs.
- Corrupt cops: pick one main attribute OR several minor attributes from a domesticated farm animal or an animal that might be found on a farm.
Example:
corrupt cop with one main attribute of a horse: extremely powerful legs that allow the cop to break bones with a single kick, run very quickly, and stand for long periods of time without ache.
corrupt cop with several minor attributes of a horse: teeth that continually grow, horse hearing, and night vision.
Examples of domesticated farm animals: cattle, swine, poultry, rabbits, goats, sheep, horses.
Examples of animals that might be found on a farm: cats, dogs, owls, rats.
Characters who engage the alien in battle will not escape unscathed. If you intend to have your character participate in both the farmhouse attack and Wise Snake’s rampage, please plan accordingly. We will operate on a trust system and may ask for clarification on the logistics of a character’s participation in both if we find it necessary. ]

[That goop on his antenna is starting to spread, which is alarming, and then the antenna swings and...yep. It's gotten stuck to a spot on his back, right between his shoulders. The goop scares him because he doesn't know what it does, and before he can worry any more about that, the alien's firing more of those missiles.
Now he's pissed. And angry. And scared. It's enough to make him lose his grip for the moment, allowing the bugmonster instincts to come to the forefront. He snarls and starts swinging his weapon wildly as he dodges the incoming shots, as though that will do anything...
...only one of those wild swings causes him to fire a crescent-shaped blast of green energy. The shot's wild, and though he was fortunately facing in the direction of the alien and its steed, it may very well not hit.]
OOPS sorry about that. yes. sophie.
Woah! That was awesome! Do that again!! ... Wait, hold on. I've got an idea. Cover me!
[Shiro dashes out from behind his cover, using zigzagging Sonido to make himself harder to hit by gummy macrophage bullets and tiny missiles alike. He raises his sword, aiming to slice right through the steed robot's arms]

Alright, but I can't aim well!
[It's what happens when one's antenna is stuck to one's back and that makes turning one's head rather hard. Hajime thinks very hard about what he was just doing and tries another energy blast. This one's smaller, and it's still not perfectly aimed.]

It's a success. The steed's arms are sliced off. A few more gummies shoot out of its fingers before the arms fall to the floor, motionless. The second energy blast from Hajime knocks the steed off-balance, and with no arms to steady itself, topples over.
The steed, however, will not go down without a fight. The bulb in the corner of its chest flares with a blinding burst of light meant to temporarily inhibit eye sight.
The alien, meanwhile, keeps itself afloat by its own power. It reassesses the threat level of the present reincarnates, then glides to the center of the group and dislodges the two red caps on each side of its head, revealing a stack of neatly arranged missiles.
These missiles look the same as the previously fired ones, but they're packing a different punch. Rather than firepower, they carry a non-lethal poison that will temporarily paralyze whoever they hit.
The alien spins around like a tornado and fires them. ]
how temporary are we talking
WHY IS THE ALIEN FLOATING NOW SHE CAN'T SEE IT AT ALL, and there's intense confusion on Sophie's face. ]
Uh - did the horse...thing...just get lighter or -
[ At least she's not stupid enough to come out from behind cover, but she's also not able to see the alien coming to the center of the group and can't tell if her cover has been compromised. She can't dodge something she can't see without help; sucks to be Sophie right now. ]
give or take five minutes!
