And if you do ... how do you remember people around you taking it? Were you prized for it? Was it just another job, nothing remarkable? Or were you persecuted?

Were there any visual markers of the spell casting process? Lights, sounds, smells?

...There were sigils, on the ground, glowing blue. And a -- voice reading an incantation, of the - names of the sigils. -- I - I learned um. One of the names of the sigils itself, separately - and - I obtained a physical one.

It -- [Gets the sense of his continuation out with a fidgety shake of his head.] - isn't the one that I know the name of - though.

I get the impression I wasn't persecuted, but my accomplishments certainly weren't unremarkable.

I stayed hidden out of convenience. I am working, and it is convenient to write in brief periods when my hands are not otherwise occupied.

But I live to indulge the curiosity of others. Do you believe in my lack of persecution yet?

I can't do it like this, but... I can transform into another me, and that me can do magic. I'm s-stronger and faster like that, too. The only thing I know is ice magic, though.

Not-me... kept it a secret, I think. Not that she'd be in t-trouble, but... I get the sense it was to protect the people close to her. Like some kind of a "there are people looking for me and they'll get my family if I tell" thing... maybe.

The clothing, well... nobody's home, so if you really want to see it, I c-can show you.

Rating? I- [She goes scarlet when she realizes what he means.] I wouldn't know... I can't "see" it from the outside, so I'm not totally sure. The costume itself... is built for being cute, though. Even if it'd p-probably stop a bullet somehow.

I don't remember doing it or how people reacted to it-- but I have it. But from the context of my memories, I probably learned it because I was in trouble.

Just three-- water balls, fire balls and... well, a thing. It's tough to explain but healing magic is close, I guess? I can heal really small sicknesses. Stomachaches and stuff.

Over all it seems to be normal, I've had a few pulses involving magic of some kind. I can use one of the...I guess it's a spell, now. Although it hardly does anything. I hadn't thought about it until now, but everyone in those pulses was wearing a particular uniform, and I almost wonder if that's something to do with the level of effectiveness.

I'd say it counts as magic, especially if you can get them to say what their aquarium pH balance is and what kind of a food they need.

I have healing magic. It does not require any special equipment.

I think it was a part of my job, but I am not sure.
