According to a post titled FAQ three-point-oh, anything can be a pulse, or echo. Apparently concepts can also be echoes, like, say, a way to end the world. A world, anyway, because I believe the agenda here is to save the one we're on right now? Or at least keep unwanted conquerors off the metaphorical lawn.

[Yeah, someone's read through the FAQ and a bunch of other posts before making his own. But for someone who's just had his world turned around and has stumbled on something really strange, and apparently has just gotten info on how one can end the world, he sounds pretty casual about the whole mess.

Spoilers: he's just pretending to be casual. Good thing he hasn't turned on his webcam because he's frowning.]

Which obviously means something I had gained back then was likely a piece of knowledge from a previous life, and it's not my imagination running away from me. [And that's news to him. Consider his interest piqued, despite all his questions of what kind of person he was back then to know such things.]

Ah, where are my manners. Cam, at your service. Actual service... hmm, I suppose you can say some medical knowledge but without proper training is something.

Err - ... [Not quite an "excuse me" of sorts. Voice at about a whispering volume, bit thin, tapering off at ends.] -- We don't actually know that what we're see - getting is from past lives but do - ...Do you have any questions...? -- Still.

Oh, I know-- I'm just using the term most people are using. There needs to be a term anyway.

-- So you don't mean it literally - [Still stilted, hopefully not too insistent-sounding rather than innocently asking.]

Time will tell if that's indeed the case, or if there's something completely different. [Answering with a vague comment? He rarely does that, but he's not about to admit that he doesn't know either.]

[If this was via text, he might've responded something to the effect of it being uncertain that they ever will find exactly what's at work on them revealed. It'd be for the sake of trying a nudge toward hopefully-productive conversation, and he doubts his ability to be nearly that productive for now.

After a moment, mutters up:]

Is - there -- ...anything you're wondering - by the way? [Swallow.] I've been uhmm... involved in this since last April -- I could - try telling you some of what I've seen...

I've seen enough, actually. But the best teacher for me is experience-- dangerous, but it hammers the point home. But thanks for the offer.
